I obviously like anime and manga and also video games. I play guitar and draw too, I'm not too bad either, I think. And that's pretty much all there's to know... for now.
Anime series I like include Hellsing, Ergo Proxy, Bleach, Naruto, Trinity Blood, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop... and more.
Video games I like include the Final Fantasy series, Devil May Cry series, Onimusha series, Metal Gear Solid series, Guilty Gear, Kingdom Hearts... among others.

Heh, I figured I should post. Sup? Well like I said this past week was exam week... how did it go you ask? Alright I guess. I did my best, hopefully it's gonna be enough. All that's left is wait. But who cares about that, it's officially the end of my school year! With a somewhat early start summer break. Now if only the weather would clear up. Anyway, my weekend was okay... I spent most of it playing Kingdom Hearts 2. Ah, I just realised I never mentioned getting the game, heh. Well I already beat it, I'm just working on 100% completion.
Randomness:
-the first season of Prison Break ended... that last episode was awesome.
-24 gets better and better with each episode.
-reached chapter 251 of Bleach... cool stuff.
-because of BECK (anime), I've been playing guitar a lot lately, lol. Oh, and if you saw it before, you should recognize the music I put up. Enjoy.
Okay, I promised pics from day 3 of the convention so here goes... feel free to skip this part.

So it was monday, october 23rd. Woke up at 7:30, got ready, got there, waited, blah blah blah. XP Anyway, once inside, it was pretty much the same as the other days... the same stands selling the same stuff, the video games and whatnot. But it was still cool tho, hey, it's a convention!
Then, the first event I went to, was the AMV contest at 12:00. They didnt do AMV contests in the previous cons so that was cool. You could see that they're still new at this (making AMVs I mean)... dont get me wrong tho, the videos were pretty good. There were 10 entries... let's see, two of Comboy Bebop, two of DNAngel, one of Excel Saga, one of Happy Lesson, one of Midori Days, one of Kingdom Hearts 2, one of Lupin III and the last one I cant remember ^^; heh. Both Cowboy Bebop ones placed 1st and 2nd... cant remember which one was 3rd either.
After that, we had to wait a while for the next event to take place... the pizza eating contest! XD It was 3:00 pm I think. There were 4 different rounds... each with different contestants. Basically what they did was pick random people from the crowd... and no, I didnt enter, lol. Okay, how about some pics?
Round 1: eating a whole pizza. Time limit: 5 minutes. Winner is the one who finishes first (stating the obvious here) or eats the most of his pizza within the time limit.
Round 2: spicy pizza. Time limit: 5 minutes. Same rules except they only had to eat half the pizza. It did seem very spicy, some of them were struggling to eat it... I felt sorry for that one kid (the one on the right, see how small he is?).
Round 3: hands-free eating contest. Time limit: 5 minutes. Again, only half a pizza. Like the name implies, they couldnt use their hands, this was definitely the best round to watch lol.
Round 4: teams. No time limit. Each team member had to eat half a pizza. Here's the catch, the one who's eating cant use their hands but is fed by their teammate. When the first one finished their half, they switched places. This round was funny too, haha.
So that was the pizza eating contest... it was fun to watch. Oh, and see the people standing with their mics? They're voice actors/celebrity guests. I think two of them worked in Yu-Gi-Oh. Basically, they were there to act as judges, kinda. They were cheering the contestants but also distract them, especially the two guys... making puking noises and whatnot, lol. Anyway, the winners of each round won some pretty cool prizes and the others got coupons for, you guessed it, pizza!
After that, we had to wait again for the next event, the cosplay contest at 4:00 pm. There were some great costumes, they all got in a line and they each got on the stage and did a presentation of which character they are and from what show.

I dont remember who the winners are... there were different categories, best costume, most original and whatnot. But hey, you can still try and guess what series are cosplayed. When the contest was over, the cosplayers headed to another room so that, anyone who wanted, could get a closer look at their costumes and also for photos.

She wasnt actually cosplaying any show... I just thought the outfit was cute ^^
And that's the cosplay. By then, you'd think that was a pretty full day right? Well, there actually was one last event... the giant pillow fight! Yes, a pillow fight. I didnt enter that one either and there's a few reasons: 1) I was kinda tired from walking around all day 2) there was nowhere to leave all my stuff and 3) it was mostly kids anyway.
Check out all these people. Heh, there was pillow fluff flying all over the place after a while.
Even Spyro the dragon was there!
I watched for a while then left. After that, I went to take one last look at all the cool stuff that I couldnt afford to buy *sigh* lol. Then I left at about 6:00.
The convention this year was awesome, better than last year's in my opinion. I wonder if I'll go to next year's one.
