Super Dad

Things are a little better today. My mom gave me two options. Go to Bob Jones University (prison school) or go to Harper and reap the consequences of not doing what she wants me to do. I gave myself another option and started looking up other Christian schools that aren't as strict. She got all mad because she didn't agree with some of the statements of faith of the other schools, so she was yelling at me for it, and then my dad came upstairs and like, tore into her. He's all like, 'Karen, that perfect school that is in your mind does not exist. How dare you discourage our daughter from looking at Christian schools! No wonder she's so depressed! Any Christian scool is better than a secular one, so if she wants to look at them, let her look!' So that like made my day. My mom just went downstairs with her tail between her legs, so to speak. I love my dad. Unfortunately now, I have to deal with the fact that almost ALL private schools are twice as expensive as public ones. *rolls eyes* I see my dream slipping farther away... Whatev. I'm starting to get worried about October again.
