Warning: Post will contain content regarding illness, things, and dumb deer (more on that later)
*cough* Currently listening to Namco x Capcom's Ghouls and Ghosts and well, doing my best to not cough up a lung. Ever since near the end of last week, I've been coming down with like, a cold or something. I blame people in the dorm, I'm not naming names (seriously, I'm not blaming you Hyli) but yeah, several people are getting sick around me, and I'll be damned if I go through the torture that I went through when I first got here. That and it doesn't help that I'm not even feeling up to well, anything lately....
Ugh, ever been sick for so long you forgot what it was like to be healthy? I mean, not "oh my god put me out of my misery" sick, but like, "I wanna lie down forever" sick or something. When I first came to JC, I almost wanted hurt someone else because it hurt so much. I guess that's what happens when allergies decide to go all out and wail on your sinuses. My eyes felt like they were under pressure, couldn't breathe through my nose, I constantly heard this high pitched sound. I can barely explain it, but it's like, the sound of a T.V. that's on, but showing a blank screen. *shrug* I guess that's the best way I could describe it.
But I'm better now, I just have to work on my luck or something, because I've had so many so calls with vehicles here, it's not even funny. I mean, "the bus" is an exception, that's 100% movie material right there, but take last night for example. Here I am, enjoying the breeze for once, and just taking in the "me" time that I rarely get, when I notice the moon, for once in I dunno how days, maybe months. I notice that it's a little more than half, and end up looking at it while I walk, you know, cause it looks awesome and everything. Next thing I know, I see headlights and I quickly sidestep the bastard truck that almost hit me.
Now, I'm not insulting animals or anything like that, it's just that, well, I can see why you always hear about deer getting hit by cars. What I CAN'T see, is why they don't um...I dunno...move? Maybe it's me, but uh, yeah, I guess I should pay attention more, despite the fact that I was on the sidewalk to my dorm. Yeah, people are lazy enough to drive their muddy tires all over our sidewalk just to deliver a message or something...
Sorry this post was full of nothing and nonsense, but I have being sick to blame. Eh, I'm gonna try and visit more sites today, and I'll probably get some more of this work done (hopefully another chapter) this week. *shrugs* Well, hope you all have a tolerable Monday. I know something's gonna happen today...

HCIF (Holy Crap It's Friday!)
Well, it's Friday, again, and whether or not it'll be an awesome one will be...well...I dunno, I'm just rambling now. Yesterday was kinda lame, except for a few things that happened last night. So yeah, to summarize, I'm ranting on lock-down, over-hyped stuff, and...Hm, today's gonna be an off day, because I'm totally feeling meh.
Well, yesterday can described with only a few events or something. When classes finished, we did the usual, the whole get to the dorm and wait to see if we bombed our dorm score or something, and sure enough, with the power hungry biatch (she's not even worthy of mention by name), there was no score directly posted. So me and some friends decided to have, or try to, have some fun playing gamecube and stuff, but it didn't last long for me anyway. Hell, I haven't played my DS in a while either, so I think something's up...either that or I'm just not in like, my groove or whatever you call it when you don't feel like doing your usual thing. After dinner, we hunted down (yes, he's a pain to find when you actually look for him) another dormmate and got one of his dvd's, Beerfest. Now, before anyone get's all excited about "oh my god, you're watching beerfest!", lemme just tell you, it's not what it's cracked up to be. Or at least, not to me since I don't drink, which is all they did in the movie...basically. Drink, some plot, drink, some more plot, drink, probably more plot, with drinking following the rest. And by probably I mean I haven't finished watching it, because we had detail and afterwards, things kinda went on lockdown, more on that later. I think from now on, I'm gonna wait until movies get on dvd, or hear some really reliable opinions on them, because this, and the so-called hilarity of clerks 2 kinda left me not laughing my ass off. But, I'm not saying the movie isn't bad, I'm just saying, if you like to see a bunch of guys drink beer and alcohol, then well, enjoy.
Ah, detail, then one time of the time that can be pain in the neck, or an inconvenience...depends on what detail you get. Me unfortunately got stuck with pick trash up outside for detail, but that's okay, because I get to take my time and mind my own business for once. Well, this detail interrupted the movie, and all was going well, until the RA said we're on lockdown because of some situation. After a while I ask someone what the hell was going on, and they say drug search. We don't need to be on lockdown for something as simple as a drug search, and I think I would know, because my room a few months back was searched, and yeah, drugs were found, all owned by the ass of a roommate I had, but more on that later (holy crap, guess this post won't be so boring after all).
...Guess this is later, so a few months back, like, june or july or something, I had the privilege of being put under unbelievable stress in a single night. I'm not sure if I ranted about this before, but-.*shrugs*. We'll call the roommate who had the drugs A, and the other two B and C. Anyway, A was being his usual "gangsta" self and being a total ass when he decided it'd be a good idea to show off his stash (first mistake), and bragged and yadda yadda. He then threatened us to not "snitch" (yeah, that's what you call doing the right/smart thing, for example, if you get attacked, reporting it to the authorities and whatnot), to which we all said "We won't". I wasn't gonna say anything to anybody...at the moment, because I try not to get involved in anyway. Then the little bastard (yeah, I'm pretty sure he acts the way does because he's shortish) decided to shove it under everyone's nose, mine included (second mistake). I knocked it away from and had to restrain myself from doing something reckless, because he was a minor (last mistake) and he would've played everyone for fools. Well, later that night, around midnight, officers came in (with dogs) and searched the room, apparently due to someone else saying something. This isn't something you normally wake up to in the middle of the night, so I panicked a little, and we all ended up having to go to Wellness for testing...
Long story short, everyone in the room was good, except for A, who's probably off somewhere in a mess hall trying to protect his cornbread (HA, I made a funny, kudos to those get this one. Hint: Double meaning, one of which is literally his cornbread >_>). Hm...so back on lighter and better subjects, I need to decide where I'm gonna thank you guys and everything, because random paragraph gratitude is weird. But still, thanks for reading and stuff, and catch some of ya'll later.
1. ...I'd ask something, but I don't know what, so...got questions?

Being forgetful is pain, yes?
First off, I gotta say something I forgot to a day ago or something. Well, I'll save that for later, when I've warmed up and stuff. But anyway, I'd like to say karma sucks. Remember when I mentioned Hyli banging his head on the corner? Well, yesterday I was talking to some random dude about iPod nanos, when I THOUGHT I heard the RA coming. So with lame things being the way they are, I leaned over really fast to see if she was in her office and I hit MY head on the corner of the wall. I'm sure it's someone elses turn to bang their head, so I'll just wait and see.
Okay, so that one thing I forgot to mention, was awesome. If you want some high powered, heavy equipment, sure-to-make-people-go-what-the-hell fun, ride a buffer. I did (again), recently, and managed to stay on longer. You're probably thinking "wtf hoaryu", well, I thought the same thing while riding the damn thing, because all I got to do was a couple of 360's and a mini-donut before a roommate started knocking. So I had to trip off (yeah, I was in midspin), and open the damn door. I'll be sure to do some more crazy stuff, provided I can find other high-powered machinery.
Oh yeah, some of you are probably wondering how the hell I came up with Hoaryu, or something, right? Well, the origin of my name isn't really that awesome of a story, to me, because well, I was the one who came up with it. Which brings up the question, how did YOU come up with your name? I was creating a character on World of Warcraft, and I was deciding what kind of race I would be, as well as the name. So I'm staring at my screen (I decided to make an Orc), and was thinking. I saw my hoodie and a few seconds later, Hoaryu was thought up. By the way, my hoodie has nintendo's Who Are You? on the front, so...there you go. *shrug*
Ah, a couple of thank yous near the end of a rant, didn't see that coming. Thanks for the recommendations everyone, most of which are at Hastings and stuff. And to those who still have some type of manga to recommend, go ahead, I have what I guess I'd call an open mind about most stuff, so whatever you have to say, go ahead and say and I'll at least check it out. Oh, I'm getting myself sidetracked, thanks again for dropping and stuff, and feel free to send a random pm or something, because this work (I FINALLY get to do it, no thanks to this lame computer setup). Anyway, ciao for now.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, I have 439 visits, so I'm like, 39 visits late to celebrate. *shrugs*

Brace yourselves...
Yes, today I plan on making a slightly lengthy post. Why you ask? Well, because first off, I haven't made a long one in a while, thirdly, someone's taken notice, and lastly...well, there's no lastly. And yes, someone taking notice is worth two (insert number)ly's. But yeah, this rant is gonna full of mostly random things as usual, but some guranteed things included will of course be dorm life, stuff, and things. Vague, I know, but I'm here to rant, so bear with me.
After talking with Angel Zakuro for a while yesterday (it was in fact awesome and a surprise that we could talk longer yesterday) I realized that I haven't flat out thanked ya'll for visiting. Ugh...I think I need to stop saying "ya'll"...it's starting to sound weird. But back on track, finally pulled out my pod after all the teachers left and the first song up is Fighting of the Spirit. Some of you who have played any of the Tales of (phantasia, symphonia, etc.) may be more familiar with this as "that one awesome song that plays when you fight an important boss, like a spirit or an elemental thingie". Damn that's a mouthful, but whatever, I said this was a long post, because I'm in a somewhat...well, less crappy mood.
Here I am saying I haven't thanked ya'll...er, you guys...and I still haven't. So yeah, thanks to everyone who drops and at least glances at what I've had to say over the past I dunno how many posts. I'd especially like to thank some regulars, like Ani Mae, Angel Zakuro and people who've come alot lately, like redmoonchick and solaris moon. I can understand if some can't visit as much as others, but that's cool. And to anyone I haven't mentioned, well, I'm thanking you as well, I just don't wanna start a list or something.
Well, my roommates are leaving! *does the whole "Yes!" thing behind there backs* Yeah, the first one that left was a pain, what with his "set the alarm for 5 dawg, I wanna shower". Alarm goes off for a while, I turn it off, wake up at 6, and he's all "why didn't you wake me up man?" So he's gone to a dorm for 21+ plus people, because he turned...well, 21. My other roommate got kicked out because of the something he didn't do. His situation falls under the category, "Wrong place at the wrong time". And then we have the jackass that owes me money. He's getting kicked out for who knows what, but I don't care, because well, he's a lazy jackass who ruined the sink this morning, and I bet that the NEW roommate didn't do anything about it, despite saying he'd that detail instead of the bathrooms. Now that I think about it, him getting kicked out is almost worth the little money he owes me...but I'll be damned if someone tries to pull the "I'll owe you" crap again. But to all of them I say good riddance, except the second guy, he was actually cool.
*stretches*
Man, getting all of that off my chest is great and...holy crap, one of my favorite songs is on now. Remember that Melancholy of Haruhi show I put up? Or specifically the ending dance sequence? Yeah, that catchy song is playing now >_> And what better to type to this music than what happened in the dorm...the good and funny stuff. So here we are, watching Army of Darkness, you know, a Bruce Campbell movie, and we're laughing and stuff, the usual, when suddenly Hyli says what he'd do in that situation. Not surprisingly, Bruce (along with me), would've done, or rather, did to the same thing. So we get a luagh out of it, and Hyli reels back and bangs his head on the corner of the wall, almost knocking him out. After the recoil and falling out of a bed, upon further inspection, the wall is METAL. Now, I've taken drafting, and I can safely say, metal should be...I dunno, NOT that easily exposed, and not on the outer most layer. Anyway, I recommend the movie to anyone who has an open minded sense of humour or a fan of cult classics. And yeah, the movie is supposed to be the way it is, so if you don't like old style movies or dare I say it...bad graphics...then you might wanna pass. But it's sooo awesome though...
Ok, I think this was a long post, I lost track and everything a while back, but hey, I don't mind if you skimmed through or whatever. But again, thanks for reading and hope you all have a less boring day than I do. Oh, and any good manga recommendations? Rose Hip Zero 2 won't be out until March...

Starting off on a good note...I guess
Yeah, I'd like avoid the unnecessary rant and venting of yesterdays minor events and point out the good...points of yesterday. Sonic CD is a hell of a game. Props to those that find the previous statement familiar. Yeah, after playing it more and more I'm finally realizing what's supposed to be done in the game. Turns out you're supposed to go to the past and fix it up and stuff, while getting the time thingies, which in fact makes the boss slightly easier. Oh, that and Sonic Fights is hilarious. And another random question regarding my recent collection of blue gold (yeah, sue me for the horrible metephor or whatever you call it), but has anyone heard of Vectorman?
Okay, so I couldn't totally avoiding ranting about the asses at my dorm, but I gotta do or say something, because I don't wanna snap...completely. Okay, so recently, I cut my hair (I had two mirrors, making it somewhat easier) and you know, someone decided to try and touch my head with baby oil or some crap. I told them don't do it, and what happens? He gets in my face, telling me to do something about it, I tell him to get out my face, and try to pass him so I could do my work. He got in the way and I pushed him, which (insert sarcastic oh no) pissed him off, prompting him to tell ME not to touch HIM....Is it me being, how should I say this without being TOO mean about it...not stereotypical and somehow magically aggrevating people? Is it my laidback attitude that makes people wanna fight me or is it the fact that when I try to be nice or something I get in return some type of rude comment or not a single word or gesture of gratitude? I think that sometimes until I'm reminded by the behavior of these jackasses that it's not me, it's them. They're the kind of people you see in school that always has something to say to some type of authority, knowing very well what might happen to them, but have too much...attitude or rep or whatever slang term you wanna use, to stay quiet.
I'm sorry for venting again, it's just that as usual the dorm and the people in it, as well as the person in charge of it, is stressing me out. I could barely listen to my music I was so close to going off on that guy. And the sad part is, on his part especially, I don't even know his name or anything. I may not be the only affected by it, but I refuse to let it drive me up the wall. So again, sorry for venting a little, but the counselor and everything around here is running kinda slow, or so they say. I'm tempted to go to a normal dorm, but I'd be hard to trust people in one of those...but then again, I can barely trust the ones in my current dorm.
*sigh*
Again, sorry for bogging you all down with this crap and all, hopefully my counselor will finally DO something about this...oh, and turns out, I can in fact find a job or something along those lines out of state. Because well, let's face it...Texas weather sucks! <--attempt at ending post on a light note

Ugh, late post
Yeah, blame the vandalism of a teacher's classrooom. Apparently it happened this morning or something, because Safety officers came in and investigated or something. So we ended up in the movie theater up until now, and we ended up watching Little Man. Pretty funny movie, it's got actual funny stuff and...stuff. So yeah, instead of being questioned or something, me, hyli, yoko, and the rest of the class saw a movie.
Earlier this morning, we were talking about our usual random stuff, when suddenly I had the bright idea of putting celebrities in Charlie Brown...yeah, imagine Samuel L. Jackson in it. "WUHWUHWUH...MOTHERF-!" The list goes on, but that was sadly interrupted by what Hyli had to say about a certain teacher and the YMCA (the members). Details...bleh, I'll pass, hopefully he'll rant about it on his site, because what he said was almost as wrong as who I said would be the cop of the group.
Anyway...current events aside, Friday night was somewhat hilarious. Me, Hyli, and another friend, Will, went off campus and roamed a small area of San Marcos and just pretty much killed time. Before the end of that we pulled off something most people would only see in movies and stuff. We decided to get some pepporoni pizzas while we wait for the bus, but problem was, where to eat it? The bus wasn't here and it was cold and starting to drizzle. We ended up in McDonalds...eating Little Caesars. It was awesome because we were right in the middle of the Mcdonalds (in Wal-Mart) by the way, just eating some pizzas. Then Will had the nerve to get a double cheeseburger without cheese, followed by Hyli buying a Dr. Pepper (of course). I decided to cave in and get a drink, but I wasn't charged for it. Other than that we got sick off our pizzas and that was pretty much the only good part of the weekend. That and I got Kirby Air Ride and Sonic Gems (Sonic CD is trippy >_>).
Finally got this post up, teachers are all being watchful and crap. Someone nearly ruined it for everyone, but uh, I might be able to visit everyone in a timely manner...so to say. I'll still try, but we'll see what happens.

Is it me...
or is the area around me a little gloomy ever since the ice melted. We've had nothing but gray skies since Wednesday, and well, it's not that that's bad or anything, it's just...you know. Anyway, still haven't had a decent nights sleep due to ignorant roommates. I know, let's talk about the fights we've been and how much more of a wanna-be it makes us for feeling the need to do so. Oooh, oooh, set the alarm for five dawg, I wanna shower early. ...I think I'm gonna lose my mind if a certain roommate of mine sneaks in another "someone" and it inconveniences me. But enough about the lame people I'm stuck being in the same room with, I'd rather talk about the movie a friend of mine has planned.
This was an actual conversation at the same time by the way...
The1jp (announcer): In a world where transportation is a few feet away...one man decided to walk...
Hoaryu: *shrugs* Don't feel like riding the bus this time...
The1jp: One man decided....
Hoaryu: You know what? Screw the bus today.
The1jp: To insult the bus!
*pan to behind us walking*
Bus: Honk hoooooooonk!
Hoaryu: Oh *$^@!
*bus barely hits us*
Hoaryu: Dude, next time you say crap like that, make sure we're not in the ro-
*black cat crosses our path*
Both of us: ...dammit...
-camera then pans to me waking up in the middle of the night-
Hoaryu: Who the hell is knocking on my-
-Opens door only to see bright lights and hear an engine revving-
Yeah, call it weird, but the only part of that conversation that was slightly made up was the end of it. The bus and black cat were all true...sadly, and I've been watching my back ever since. I think I'm seeing more buses than usual, but then that's a good thing sorta, because I'm trying to get off campus and stuff. Well, my insanity aside and other than feeling sick to the point where sneezes hurt, I think I'm good...for the most part. Anyway, I'm gonna go back to trying to visit everyone and hopefully I'll be able to do so...
P.S. (I guess *shrugs*) My sneezes can wake the dead...apparently...ask Hyli or maybe Yoko >_>

Snow days, icy paths, and chilly things oh my!
Sorry for the lame pun on the title. For those of you who got it...yeah. Anyway, things have been pretty frosty for the past few days. Yeah, plenty of falling stories to tell, but I'll save them for the next paragraph or something. Apparently, it was cold enough for a couple of snow days, and with computer hogs at the dorm, I had no chance to MyO...which irked me to no end for various reasons.
So here I am, heading to the cafeteria with the1jp and two of his friends. We're almost there, and I notice that the1jp's ankles are wet. So I point that out and seconds later he falls on his hands, and trying to get me back. Well, on the way back, we see the sandy path and me and the1jp rock paper scissors to see who had to walk it. I won, but went with him to save him possible embarassment...big mistake on my part. I decide to try and ice skate on the path, but then I realized one critical error in my icecapades..."Oh $%&*, I can't ska-" And on my ass I fell...hard. Darnell, one of the1jp's friends, helped me out, and I guess he took my luck with him. He attempted to jump over a small river or something, and slipped and fell on his side. We help him up and stuff, and continue on....and for some reason god decides to sweep kick me and I slip...AGAIN. I think I'm still hurting from those falls.
I've got a lot of catching up to do I suppose, so I'll have to cut this rant a little short or something. Hope everyone else is having warmer days. (I'm forgetting to say something...but I have no idea what...)

Another possibly dull Friday...
The weather so far isn't too bad, despite it being bleak and bland. Eh, it suits me, as long as it doesn't rain, and if it does, I hope it doesn't rain TOO hard. Anyway, I'm trying to calm down by listening to "Hajimete Kimi to Shabetta", and for the most part, I'm calming down. Sorry for the negativity and stuff recently, it's just that Ms. Mannequin (I swear, if she stood still she'd be one) came back and without hesitation began yelling. Long story and possible rant short, I think she's proven that she is in fact, a life-size barbie destined to make everyone's life a living hell.
Sorry again, negativity seeping in again. I guess it kinda helps to vent on the MyO, even though you shouldn't read it if you don't like it. Can't really rant to hyli, because we're stuck in the same dorm, or yoko because he's put up with her for a while. ANYWAY, enough about the negative crap, I've pulled off another crazy stunt or whatever.
So we're sitting at the cafeteria, eating some pizza, and I'm spacing out and everything. When I begin paying attention again, I hear them talking about...let's leave it at letters...Mr. M.
Yoko: Hey guys, I think I know why Mr. M hangs out with Ms. L half the time...
Me: Why?
Geosaki: Have you seen Mrs. M?
Me: No, can't be that...
Yoko: Yeah it is, he musta been drunk when he married her.
Me: Oh really? (seriously, I said that...damn lol) Nah, Ms. L is too classy for Mr. M, she's all old school with the wine and dine routine and stuff.
Yoko, Geo, Hyli (who's drinking Dr. Pepper as usual): Mmhm
Me: What Mr. M needs is someone like Ms. G....
Yoko: O.O Duuuuude...
Geosaki shaking head trying not to laugh: ...wtf
Hyli pauses, thinks about it, and loses his soda. And by loses his soda I mean through his nose.
Yoko: Ok...you know what, I hate. NO ONE makes me waste pizza.
Hyli's busy laughing while cleaning up his mess: Not as bad as the stir fry!
Geosaki: ...I...I...
I'm too busy laughing to say anything back. So yeah, I think I somehow made everyone there hate sausage pizza. Yeah, something slightly interesting finally happened, but I wish it happened more frequently you know? Well, other than that, we helped spruce up the library. That's the majority of what happened...on "campus" anyway.
Hm, maybe this pic wasn't such a good idea, I usually would've gotten some other comments by now
>_> Sorry ya'll

[Second paragraph includes something some would see as tragic, others would see as petty. Just a heads up in case you can't read things like or something *shrugs*]
First things first, if you recognize that title, uber points for you and everything. Anyway, yesterday one of the biggest jackasses I've ever seen got kicked out. I don't know details, but apparently he disrepected some of the DA's in front of the RA, and she got pissed. Being the arrogant stereotype he is, he continued talking as if he was the man and he was forced to pack up and move out. Apparently having a "report" filed on him isn't enough to get him kicked out, but whatever, he's gone and the dorm is less lame. In other news, a roommate of mine is causing unnecessary drama, over something incredibly petty. You might think I sound like an ass, but hear me out.
Remember those roommates I was talking about? The ones who I said were talking about (you don't want details, seriously...and if you do, I'm not saying it in a post)...that stuff? Well, the one who started that conversation, #1 I guess to not say names, tried hurting himself. Since he's not with his gf (she's not in JC) he thought it would be a good idea to try and...how should I put this..."score" I guess. Apparently he did, because (I didn't say this when that happened) I had the misfortune of almost walking in on them...yeah, THEM. *shudders* Well, she's the one who decided to "break up" with him, even they've only been talking for a little over a week, and I guess he took it hard, despite her not being his real gf or whatever. Yesterday he asked #2 for some scissors, but didn't say why...next thing I know he's off trying to hurt himself and he gets carried off to safety. I would've tried to talk him out of it if I was there, but I wasn't, I've heard and seen him get taken off, that's about it. But still, why cheat on your girlfriend in the first place?
Ok...enough venting all the negative stuff out. Now for some positive...stuff. Today would be another good day but almost have of it well be eaten away by a lame "clothing trip" I have to go on. I get to spend x amount of money on things I wouldn't waste money on otherwise. I actually wouldn't mind buying from hot topic/spencers, mainly because it isn't MY money. Wait, this is more of a negative than a positive, because this also eats into MyO time, and I'm gonna miss lunch to boot. Ok, so I didn't end this post on such a positive note, but eh, I tried. Oh yeah, I'm still wondering if anyone knows what that quote (see title) is from. I seriously gotta think up a prize or something...
>_>
