Rain here went from arlight, to oh my god devastation!
Well, yesterday for the most part was average monday mundane-ness. Yeah, that was a sad attempt at saying the say same word twice, but it couldn't be helped, better now than some other random time. *fumbles with music* Okay...time and place for certain, now isn't that time...anyway, overall yesterday was alright, except for the rain assault yesterday. What else in this summary paragrapgh can I rant about it...oh, I guess that's what my first paragraph consists of usually, since well, I save my thanking and your welcoming and stuff for later, like, the second to last or last paragraph. *shrugs*
Now on to the topic at hand...and oh my god, the rain (like my title says) went from, "this is pretty gewd, gonna chill here and stuff" to "holy crap, I don't wanna get stuck out there". Seriously, you could see sheets of rain and everything pouring down, and dinner just HAD to be pretty, with it being chicken stir fry and all, one of the few chicken/meat things I'll eat here. So I rounded up some friends, Hyli among them, and well, got some trash bags and went out. Needless to say the trip was ALMOST entirely worth it, but you know, there was the whole everyone got wet...especially pants...because of the rain of course. The trash bags aren't big enough to fully cover a body turns out, and well, everyone's legs got soaked, I mean, I could feel the rain on my actual legs and everything. Our shoes on the other hand...ehh, no chance...no chance at all. They're still at the dorm drying up, but fortunately, I bought another pair of shoes (Timberlands if anyone is curious) and they're not as easily...wettable...but whatever. Hyli on the other hand, has no back up, so he's forced to wear sandals, and if it rains like it did again, he's screwed. The trip back was just as crazy, and the bags starting ripping, so yeah, hoodie got a little soaked, but it's all good. Won't be doing that again anytime soon, unless it's for some home cooked stuff, you know, GOOD food...but then, if I had access to that, I wouldn't have to brave a freakin' football field or two...no, more than that, of rain (length wise).
Afterwards, I started playing Disgaea 2 again, and well, I think I'm officially back into the game and everything. Yeah kirbysdouble, I've finished with the normal and the mid-boss ending, and I'm trying to get Flonne now. Well...slowly getting to where I can get access to that fight, and then I'm probably gonna go through more somewhat strong items and try to beat her. I named some of my characters after the ones in my story, and I think I might name more after well, otakuites...The characters I plan on using anyway.
Since I'm on the subject of answering some questions, guess I'll go ahead and answer rose's question, which is a sometimes. It depends on who's at the dorm on saturday night, and if I'm even up to watching it. I saw Blood, the movie, and well, the movie still freakin' amazes me. The series though is like a lighter, more-or rather, less...well, I can't say much, because I've barely seen it. I like the show though if that's what you're wondering.
Well, that's the end of this post, hopefully it wasn't too dull or anything. Who am I kidding, if you're reading this you've probably put up with everything I've posted up until now, and well, thanks. Oh yeah, Kelsey, no need to concern yourself anymore, I think I got my appetite back, no sure. So now it's back to eating this..."food", until Friday that is. I don't know what to suggest to make when I get back home though...Anyway, hope you're all having a good (and dry) day, and as of now, I'm gonna mentally prepare myself for an hour of repeated rules and regulations, and be subjected to "talented" singers *cough* wanna-be rappers you see everyday *cough*
