"It seems as though fortune smiles upon us."
Busy dealing with Sid, or what seemed to be Sid, Gabriel failed to notice Ambrosia approach him. "Amazing, I've managed to find not only one, but the two souls necessary for fir ridding the world of the Dark." Confused, Gabriel only managed to ask, "Is that you, Sylva?" Looking at him, annoyed, decided to answer. "Yes and no. Allow me to explain." She paused, and looked toward the window. "You may as well come out too." She said, pointing at Jessica, who had been hidden near the window for some time. She slowly came out as Ambrosia continued to explain. "Yes...this is Sylva's body, and no, I am not her. I...that's of no concern to either of you...yet. All you need to know is, if you wish to save your brother's soul, then you'll listen to what little I have-" "My brother! You mean, Gau-" He stopped in mid-sentence after seeing the look on Ambrosia's face, and backed down. "...As I was saying, you and your brother share the same fate as all who have similar spirits like yours. You and Gauld have traces of Dark, as well as Light, energies flowing through you. You're what your people this century call...a Hybrid being." "What do you me-" He had forgotten already the stern glance she had given him earlier when he interrupted, and stopped himself again. "Tell me, does your arm feel odd?" Waiting to make sure she had nothing to say, he answered. "As a matter of fact...it does. Feels as though it could catch fire or something, why?" "As I suspected...Jessica, I'm going to have to ask you to go to Gabriel and grab his arm." Reluctantly and unsure of what was going on, she did so. The moment they came in contact with each other, her hand began to shine as smoke rose from Gabriel's arm. "What the heck am I doing to him?!" "Jess, it's alright, it isn't hurting...the burning sensation...is gone." Satisfied with results, Ambrosia had seen what she wanted. "Jessica possesses, to keep it simple, pure Light energies. I'll explain another time. You need rest." Walking towards Jessica's house, Ambrosia stopped and turned around. "It is indeed fortunate that you've realized these powers before it was too late...unlike your brother..." Jessica had begun going back also, motioning for Gabriel to follow, with one question still in mind. "If you're not Sylva, then-" "Call me Ambrosia."

-Matt's problem-

What the HELL am I supposed to do?! It's bad enough keeping these two...well...Carmen out of trouble and harms way, but now... Matt thought to himself, helping Carmen and Camilla frantically clean up the mess she had made. What a drag, she's like a vampire...who am I kidding, she IS a vampire! And Camilla...I'm afraid to know what the hell she's capable of! "Camilla, darling, where do you suppose we could rest? Everyone here will obviously know what's going on." "I'm not entirely sure...Carmen, but I'm sure Matt will think of something." The second she said Matt, he froze. He turned around to see Carmen, along with Camilla surprisingly, giving him a look he's used to. Oh no...oh no no no no! It's bad enough when Carmen gave me that look, but now Camilla!? "Come on ladies, you gotta be joking!" They got closer to him, still giving him that grin he oh so feared. With a sigh, he mumbled. "....." "What was that Matt? We can't quite hear you." "....my..." "Speak up, we couldn't catch that either." Knowing the inevitable was close, he stopped stalling. "The both of you can stay at my place..." With that, the twins both ran toward him and embraced him. "We knew you'd see it our way!" Like I had a choice! He thought to himself, and hoping Gabriel was just as miserable as he was.
