   Faculty Follies Friday
Today after eighth period every girl in my school literally ran to the auditorium to get good seats. Why you ask? Because today was the Faculty Follies which is when all the teachers put on music skits (all lip-singing.)The music was from 1940s to now. It's was funny all our teachers were dancing, & making fun of each other. My friend Libby had a small camera so she videotaped it, & she's gonna show it to us on Monday if it comes out good.

HEADS-UP....drug program
Today the me & the other Freshmen had to got to our school auditorium for this special program about the dangers of drugs. The program is called "HEADS-UP" & two cops were our instructors. They showed us pictures and told us about the dangers of ODing and other drug facts. The stories the Officers told us were horrible. Some of the girls had to leave the room because it was to much for them. I felt sorry for some of the girls because some of them knew someone who'd died cuz of drugs. I don't know anyone who's died becuz of drugs, but I do have a friend who smokes weed & now after what I've seen I'm really worried about her.

My heart goes out to anybody who had a friend or family member who has died because of drugs.

   More Snow....
It's snowing, & I'm getting tired of it I wish it would stop. Then again today my Mom was able to get me out of school because my brother's grade school closed cuz the snow was so bad & we live in that area so the snow around my house was bad, too. So when my Mom got my brother she came & got me outta 7 period(lunch) which is good because I had a test next period & had forgot to study.

ACCEPTED!!!!!! I signed up for my high school's Art Program for next year, & I was a bit worried cuz only about 26 students were accepted. Today all those worries were put aside when in homeroom I got a paper from the art teacher that I was accepted in to next year's program. I'M SO HAPPY!!!! If I can figure out my scanner I'll submit the pictures ^_____^

   Day off and Feelin' better
Today my school had off because the teachers were having a meeting.Oh!, and I'm feeling better! My Mom said I could go back to school tomorrow, & I found out from one of my friend's in my Science class that we're having a quiz tomorrow....oh joy a quiz on the Periodic Table.

Small Fever
This morning I felt better so I went to school, but by fourth period I wanted to go back to bed. I was able to finish up the rest of the day, and when I got home my Mom took my temperature again.It turns out I have a slight fever. I hope I'm better by tomorrow 'cause it turns out that my Algebra teacher moved the date back on that test. So I'm having an Algebra test & a Theology test tomorrow.
Oh, what a week this is starting to be. TT__TT
