Help, can any1 tell me how to make my background ATTACHED? Attached meaning when i scroll down the page the image stays in place. If u do plz tell me and i'll give u a prize, maybe a blinkie or a banner. PLZ HELP!! Oh yeah i uploaded some wallpaper check them out if you have time.
