   today
I had sparring (for Taekwondo) tonight and at my class i slipped on the water next to the red jumpiing pad thingy (a wavemaster)and rammed my shin into the black stand that the red pad goes on...

it kinda hurt to put weight on it and for sparring i ended up slipping n falling 2 times cuz of the weight distribution...wat a night lol

today i also roller bladed with 5lb weights strapped to each of my ankles...its really odd feeling....n it feels so good when it comes off...im training for ice hockey season, i can't wait till it starts up again...this time im gonna be stronger and kick some guys n girls butts!! hehe ^.^
