Hehe, I'm feeling super happy today for two reasons. One being Ra-chan's oneshot she wrote for me, and the second being Mrs. Elric's post today. They made me SOO HAPPY! Thanks you two! Today is the last day of respite before I go back to work. Actually, I'm feeling charged and ready to go again. I needed that break. Badly...hehe, imagine when school starts back up... I probably should be called the Spaz Queen sometimes...lol.
Updates: So, yeah, I'm working on chapters to put up before the day ends... hopefully. I have music, and I have BB. It'll get done eventually. Anyhow, I'm progressing at a steady pace with the page. Sorry there's not much to discuss, as I'm still chilling out and waiting for the news before I can tell y'all what threw me off this week. Later!
Okay, I know this isn't a holiday for everyone, but hey, I'm allowed to say it, right? Hehe... I'm still a little out of it, but I am feeling better. Still can't say anything though... which sucks. Thanks everyone who posted yesterday. You guys really did help cheer me up, even though I'm still not back to speed. And thanks to Ra-chan and Raining Silver for chatting with me on yahoo. I appreciate having people to chat with while web surfing. :D
Oh, did ya know that NASA is supposed to be sending off a rocket to launch today? I dunno if they postponed it or something, but it's supposed to make history if it goes off! Yay, that's my random news factoid...lol. Umm, yeah, today I don't know what all we're doing. A friend has asked me to attend a party, but I don't want to go, but I'm going to go. It's obligation and my guilty conscience. I told her already I'm only staying for about an hour, since I really am taking time away from my family, which is something I like doing less and less. Geez, stupid dorm life! Well, that and the oldest bro went to basic a little while ago. Wow, yeah.
BB lives of that Gamecube, but he's forgotten rules I laid down only what? About two weeks before. At least he's partially listening.
Updates: Wow, I've gotten most of my chapters for fanfics tomorrow written. I'm still not done with the article... and I said I'd finish that LAST week... ^_^; Drat, I better get on that, and the page. Wow, who knew it'd take so long to find a decent anime pic of Salazaar Slytherin? I have two now, but to find those two... wow. Thanks Raining Silver for all the help! Nothing new for Youtube yet... I've not got enough vids or nothing for that one. Oh well, I'm working on that too. TOO MUCH! Eep, I'm gonna have to lower the task list a little. Updates: I'll work on my article again today. I didn't finish it this weekend, and I'm still working on the page graphics. You can see some of the results of them up at the top. Hehe, I really need to redo the site now... I know I've been working on this stuff for a few days, but I've also been trying to keep up with work and stuff too. Okay, I'm going to start putting the banners up soon. And get rid of some things for now... Also, last night I was so out there... I actually stayed up late, and I'm not working today! Hooray! I will probably hate the fulltime job when it comes along. Oh well.
Today's plan is to relax, and make dinner. Yes, I am making dinner! They won't get food poisoning! I promise. BB's got a strong stomach...just kidding.
Updates: Maybe today or tomorrow the Kratos article will be submitted. Still no news on the quizzes... I think they didn't make it. Does anyone know what the wait period is on those? I know the Guru has a lot of them to read through, and I'm sure it takes time. I'm going to applaud all the people who I didn't think were writers and say WOOHOO! You're a writer! Mrs. Elric, Vestque, and Dumiel, you all are awesome! And I know Fresco, BB, and Ra-chan write too, so hooray! I'm not alone in the field. It's a happy day here in Acornland...lol. Is there anyone else who writes? Let me know and I'll cheer for ya too! lol... if you want me to cheer...
I'm sorry I didn't post yesterday... I was very busy, and exhausted. I mean it. I still am. I've been staring at the same HTML codes for three days, and they're nowhere near finished! Ack, and all this for work...oh well. I'm happy to say that I'm at least progressing at a normal pace, and managed to sneak a break in here.
Another reason: the bosses keep staring at my computer screen! I cannot write a journal entry when they're looking... oh well. Anyhow, I did manage to post all four chapters for ff.net yesterday. I'm feeling bad that I switched my writing patterns without warning, but hey, I gotta get it done, and get it done right.
I kinda dread this evening. I have to work on the Kratos article tonight, and definitely finish as much as possible.
Guess what? I was remotely humored earlier this week when I read the latest chapter of Grandkid, a fanfiction by freakyanimegal456 on ff.net. She wrote the chapter and had a small segment where she spoke with one of the characters in the story, who everyone said in the previous chapter was very suspicious. I even kidded about keeping a grenade launcher on said character. The authoress mentioned this to the said character, who freaked out, but I had to read the line twice. She called me a guy! So yeah, hehe, I was called a guy, when I'm a girl...lol... it's all good though. I don't care really, but it is a good story...hehe. Well, I'm off for lunch.

Yeah, this dude on my way to work decided he was going to try and play chicken with the back of my mom's car. Just because he was going forty in a fifty-five zone and I passed him. Oh my god, I'm lucky he didn't hit me though. I'm just mad that he tailed me like that to get me to go the speed limit, when I already was and wasn't planning on going a mile faster (cops show up especially near the end of the month). So yeah, interesting drive this morning...
Why I'm updating now? Had no time. Okay, that and I was trying to fix my student aid up... they always mess it up somehow, so I always end up visiting... so unfair.

I promise to visit everyone's sites this afternoon... I'm a little rushed this morning! Wow, I had an amazing weekend. Yeah, umm, I'll start on Friday I guess... not much happened, it was just a bunch of Zelda: Ocarina playing and I couldn't have my room for the life of me because a sibling of mine (coughcoughBBcoughcough) was playing for so long. I'm going to talk to him about that, because it's my room, and he's not been treating it like my room. That's disrespectful, and it always makes for me staying up later to clean up after His Laziness.
Saturday was fun! I got to go out with Gothic Princess to the store. She was getting a present for a friend (it proved how gothic I am not), and we left shortly afterward. I got ready for my other friend's dad's fiftieth birthday party which involved karoke(sp?) (I love it, but I get SSOO nervous!), and I got to enjoy the scene, and made a picture while there... it'll be up sometime today.
Sunday was my first "for me" shopping trip in ages. I got two skirts and a swimsuit. The skirts have jeans as a top and then thin fabric after that, that kinda ruffles. It's one of the newer fads where I'm at, and I like it. I'm not one to get too into fashion, but I probably should pay more attention at times. Oh well.
We also went out to dinner, and the server was so terrible! Man, I guess I felt a little pity for her, since she had to serve me and my family after all, but she was spilling drinks everywhere! She even got me!! I was not a happy camper after that.
Update: Well, fanfiction.net finally let me update! Hooray! Oh, and yeah, I might still do the web page thing... I dunno, still thinking about it. I've also changed my writing schedule... hehe, even I can admit I've got too much to do and no time to do it (or inspiration). Well, I've gotta go to work...again. Later!
I finally got to sleep in! Hooray! I wanted to crash as soon as I got home yesterday, but BB ended up playing Gamecube clear to midnight... I wanted to kick him out but I decided on being nice. Don't ask me why, I don't know either.
Dinner last night was made by me. (*shivers* I'm better than Raine but not by much, except in the case of desserts) I was going to have a home-cooked meal, but apparently my two dogs ate the food they left out for me before I got home. I love my dogs but they managed to steal my dinner from me twice now! Anyhow, I cooked hamburgers, and fortunately I didn't set off a fire alarm this time... -_-; ... I've done that with stuff as simple as grilled cheese...

Yes, I am going in to work again... a nine hour workday after yesterday? I must be losing my mind... oh well. It's all for the money, and my schooling... oh drat! I didn't officially announce...hehe... I actually am in college, yeah, but really, I just got out of high school last year. So sorry for not saying, I'm forgetful like that. Well, I'm running out of time.

Ooh, everyone, I'm working out the theme for my new page and it probably is going to get pretty fun... but I need a few things from you. If you have an ff.net page you want linked from mine, you could find out what character you're like from Tales of Symphonia (or your favorite if you have one); there is a quiz on MyO for that. If you have a youtube profile, I need to know the same thing about a Sailor Moon character. Finally, I need everyone's favorite Fullmetal Alchemist character. I'm going to try and make the page interesting and linkified... sorta... better than what I have anyhow. Okay, now I have to go, later!
Ack, I gotta work again! This is awkward, and I'm totally tired. I've got to update my chapters, and I'm behind by two again, one of which is worth getting me into big trouble if I don't write the next chapter (fans review and know I update weekly, plus it's in two community collections...). If I don't update, my life is forfeit...lol.
Don't worry Dumiel! I'm a procrastinator to the extreme, so even though I'm pretty regular with my online submissions, I tend to wait until the last minute to finish things sometimes (although the last two weeks I've been slacking on submissions...ack! the horror!). That and I'm a ridiculously fast typer... my average is around 70 WPM. Note this post that'll probably be done in ten minutes or less... *sigh*
Updates: Follow the fanfictions link at the top to the fanfictions for updates! There's only one story that isn't being updated that isn't complete...so far. I'm not planning on submitting anything to MyO today, but I'm still waiting on news on the quizzes. I'm thinking about remaking my site soon... any suggestions?
