   Revamping the Site

Hehe, I'm trying to do a few more things with the page. I was wondering if anyone cared to have something of theirs linked from my page? I'm not all into the just linking things without asking, which is why the video isn't up yet. I wanted to clear it with the current owner before I did anything about it.

Well, I posted for fanfiction.net today so I'm all written out...lol. It was fun to get some reactions about some of the stories I've written. I can't wait for what the rest of the week holds. Also, I plan to get that new article out before next week too... lots of work for the crazy writing chick named Acorn. Later!

   Greetings

Hooray! They picked my article. I feel bad that I didn't know a little bit about the end of the game. Although, it was nice to see it posted. I will be writing another detailed article later for another character. I just did Lloyd first because I felt he was the easiest to analyze. I'll probably try writing about Zelos, Kratos, Sheena, or Colette next. I'm not sure because it's not easy coming up with an article that makes sense. Hehe... I guess I should have focused a little more on Lloyd himself, but it was hard to describe Lloyd without Colette. I'll just have to try harder.

Anyhow, I've decided to give e-cards a shot. If this doesn't work out, then I guess it's time to really pull out the pen and paper...hehe... I'm also thinking about trying out writing a quiz, but I don't know what to do a quiz about.

By the way, I've started a photobucket account to put some random pics up for the fanfictions I write. You can check them out under the user name IceEnchantress... it's my favorite.

   Amused

I went to the local amusement park for the first time in a year today, and found that my acrophobia wasn't acting up as much as it used to. To those who don't know, acrophobia is an acute fear of heights. So all in all I lived happily ever after, riding rides and not screaming because I was scared. Believe me, that makes me happy.    Getting Fired

I probably should feel a little more hurt about being fired. I really don't care. I was going to be a tutor, and they decided I wasn't a good match (I think the harsh way of saying it was that they were very picky about who tutors them), and so I no longer am a tutor. I get a nice, tiny paycheck for my troubles. End of story.

I find it funny that the things I thought I did to help people really don't. I shelve books in a library, and I used to think it was a big help to shelve the books for the shelvers so that they didn't have the work later. I've found that a lot of people just shove books back in whatever place they find them, and in a three-story library, it gets a little overwhelming to shelf read (this is where you literally look number to number to make sure the books are in order).

Lesson of the day: Don't help the librarians out, just do as your told...hehe... I know.

   Article

I am so proud of myself. I actually dedicated my afternoon to writing an article for my portfolio, and if it goes over well, I think I'll continue with the next one. I'm not big on writing research papers or anything, but if this goes well enough I'll keep trying.

Today I started another job (I have three... I'm crazy like that) as a tutor, and it seems that I'm going to know everything about a course before I take it in the fall. Does anyone else see the irony in this? I wonder if I can keep up when school starts again. That'll be another twenty pounds of work onto my load (I'm already shivering at the thought). Oh well! Life goes on!
