Home from the mall

First of all, I haven't eaten anything other than popcorn, skittles, and coke today, so I'm starved, waiting for dinner to finish cooking. I've still gotta set the table for that matter...anyhow.
I woke up around 10:00 AM (for some odd reason I got up early) and talked to Tyler online. He said he needed a ride so I offered. ^_^
I called Laura, and asked her if she could come to the movies and the mall. She said no, but she really didn't sound like herself. It sounded like Carmen, or like she'd been crying or something. I hope she's alright....
Anyhow, the mall and movies were awesome. [smiles]
We picked up Tyler, but it was sort of quiet on the way over, which was probably my fault.
We got to the mall, and it turns out Seth and Kristen were the only ones who had come. I don't know, but I guess it worked out better that way.
We wandered around the mall for awhile, and I got two mangas at Suncoast, Othello #3 and Wallflower #3.
We got our tickets to see The Ring Two, and watched the previews. We got a bunch of popcorn, a bunch of skittles, and cokes for each of us.
The movie finally came on, and turned out not to be all that great, but I'm sure if I'd psyched myself out to be scared I probably could've been. [shrugs] Oh well, it was still pretty cool. Heh heh, Seth had the best narration, and we all kept throwing skittles and popcorn at each other. It was awesome. ^_^
We messed around outside the mall for awhile until Dad came, and we took Tyler home.
I listened to Vanessa Carlton on the way back, and I still am. I love her CD, Harmonium. [nods]
Anyhow, I just wanted to say that Seth is really awesome. He must have the most magnetic personality ever. ^_^ Very...outgoing, lol.
My pulse is way too fast right now, and I don't know why. What's wrong with me!? [sighs] I'll just go pass out now....
A little while later - 6:22 PM
I had to help Mom a bunch with the laundry because she couldn't lift the basket and stuff because of her back before I went to the mall and just now, when I got back.
I forgot to mention that our stray cat, Chloe (yes, she adopted us), had kittens! Six of them! ^_^

   Early Saturday Morning. 3:34 AM
I just finished playing the qwestion game with Tyler and Seth. It got out of hand (as usual) with Seth asking pervy qwestions. [sighs] Why does he always ruin it like that? And we, of course, have to answer, because if not, we get fed to Feeder. I got to talk to Tyler afterwards, though, which was pretty cool. [sighs] I've got a bad headache, though.

Hah, I feel like such a dork listening to this music, but it's so soothing. It's the CD J. S. Bach Cello Suites Nos. 1, 5, & 6 by Yo-Yo Ma, and it's really good. It was part of my brother's birthday present to me (he gave me a whole CD of MP3s and U2 - Joshua Tree). It's really good, and it's easing the headache a little bit.

Going to the movies and the mall tomorrow might actually be fun. Laura can't go, though, which really sucks. I was hoping against hope that she could, but I guess not. Maybe if her mom is lenient? I dunno. I had told Kristen that I thought she would need a ride, so I couldn't go to her house at 11:00 AM tomorrow. I told her that partly because I didn't want to get up so early, but I also really did think that Laura would need a ride. I guess not. I hope Tyler can at least come tomorrow. I'm planning on hiding behind him the whole time. Seth really scares me sometimes, especially when he has his boxcutter. Tyler's really cool, though, but I don't know how to talk to him, really. I guess I have a hard time with social interactions. Heh. It'll be really awkward if it's just the four of us, though. Seth and Kristen will probably be all over each other, and Tyler and I (and maybe Mary [crosses fingers]) will be just sitting there slurping our sodas. Oh well, it'll be better than if it's just me, Seth, and Kristen. I hope that doesn't happen. Anyhow, I guess we'll just have to see when it happens. [sighs]

Oh, and tonight I finished up the last of my ramen packets. I hope Daddy can get me some at the store on Sunday when he goes to get the New York Times.

   After dinner

It rained hard this afternoon. It gives you a warm feeling to stare out at the rain while you're inside and warm, listening to the microwave hum, but if you stare at the rain long enough, you feel the cold inside you.
I ate a hot dog and drank a coke, then had steaming hot ramen. I finally changed into clothes, my PJ pants (technically they're my sisters) and I stayed in the same shirt, the red collared one from Kohl's.
I kept up running back and forth from the bedroom to the freezer for my mom's ice pack, and I stayed online. I created some new blogs for myself, but they'll all pretty much say the same thing anyhow. It's just fun creating them. [smiles]
I talked to Seth for awhile, then to Hazel. I found out it was her birthday today, and I felt really bad because I'd forgot. I did remember that it was Becca's birthday on Monday, though. It's Jordan's birthday tomorrow on Saturday, Carmen's on Thursday, and Mom's on Friday. There goes my savings! Heh, oh well.
I think I'm going to the mall tomorrow. I don't especially want to, but I don't really want to disappoint Seth or Kristen. I know Kristen didn't want to go either, so I guess I can if she can. Laura said she wasn't going because she doesn't like Toby. [shrugs] Who does? I'll have to force her to go. Besides, there's always the temptation of mangas at the Suncoast in Westgate Mall to get her going. Heh heh.
We just ate dinner, but I wasn't hungry at all. [sighs] It sucks eating when your full; it makes you want to puke. Mom did get up from bed to make dinner though, so I guess I figured I should eat it. [sighs]
Caitlin can't come visit us this weekend, either. That sucks. A lot. Especially since I've been missing her a lot more lately because of Florida.
Bleh, I've got a headache now. Oh well, I guess I'll just see if I can go online to post this.

I couldn't sleep last night because of the stupid temporary retainer. Mom made me get offline at 11:00, so I grabbed some ramen and a coke and ate. It started raining at about 11:15, so I finished up and went to bed. I read for awhile (the second Pendragon book that Laura lent me), got halfway through at about midnight or 1:00 AM, and tried going to sleep. I eventually slept, but I don't think it could technically even be called "sleeping". I woke up at 7:00 AM, when Daddy left for work. I took a shower, grabbed a tee-shirt, shoved it on, and actually got to sleep. I woke up at 1:00 to find Mom in bed (she'd gone to the chiropractor already because her back was out). I've been taking the ice on and off every twenty minutes now, and I think I need to get something to eat because it sounds like my stomach's eating itself. [wraps blanket around self tighter] I probably need to get some shorts on, too. [sheepish grin] We were going to go out to lunch at Corona's today, but Dad was too busy, and Mom obviously can't, not with her back out like this. [sighs] Oh well.
