The long trip
Hey, brothers and sisters. Have I got a story to tell you.
I went up to Knoxville yesterday to take some furniture to my sister. We packed every inch of the truck, except for the front seat, where me, my dad, and mom all sat. (So crowded!)
But it was nice. She lives in a house now with her two best friends (and this little dog named Greta). Her boyfriend Mike helped us with the furniture, then Lisa and dad went to get some lunch, so I sat with Mike in the living room and played Yahtzee. He's so cool.
He called me by my family nickname: Sus. I thought it was sweet. He was like, "Hey, Sus, wanna play Yahtzee or something?"
It was weird. I started thinking, "She could marry this guy and that'd be perfectly okay with me. I'd love having him as a brother-in-law."
We didn't get back until after 10PM, so I felt really tired getting up this morning. Ugh.
(Oh, and the AP test was okay. It was hard, and it took forever (like 5 hours?), but I think I did okay.) (Thanks for all the support!)
-Susan
