PINK SPIDERS DAY IS TODAY! (At least in my mind)
Today is Pink Spiders day. They're the biggest thing to hit Nashville since... I dunno... sliced bread. I've been watching them for about three years now, and it's like the shit is hitting the fan for Nashville.
So, about today. Everything I'm wearing, minus my jeans, is Pink and Black, and striped as well. It's cool because everyone is supporting me about how amazingly into them I am. My Ecology teacher clipped an article for me (I already had it, but I didn't let him know because it was really nice of him. He said, "You know they're from here right?" I said, "Yeah. I've been watching them for years now. Aren't they awesome?" And my dad told me they were the main attraction of the Life section of our paper. And he listened to them with me and liked it.
"What group is this?"
"The Pink Spiders."
"Well, good for them."
I wish I had some Mineral water.
I'm taking an educational LOA from my job, which means I'll only be working on holidays and summer. Because I was going out of my mind last week. It was like I wasn't getting a single day of the week off. So, I talked to my GM, Eric the amazingly nice father-like manager, and he said he'd be sad to see me go. Amd Emely told me I was a lazy bum because she didn't want me to leave. It feels nice to be loved.
She might give us a puppy. Her boyfriend/fiance's dog had puppies, so she's trying to give them to good homes so they don't end up in a shelter. I told Dad, and he's thinking about it. Don't bother asking Mom. It'd be no, no, no.
Well, later ya'll.
