Sending my love down the well,
(Sorry about that reference to an episode of the Simpsons featuring Sting.)
It snowed yesterday. It was that light fluffy snow that is blown away when the wind touches it, but it was still snow. I’m a very symbolic person, so, yesterday’s snow happened during first block, which was after I sent my email to Caleb, telling him to tell me before he gets here (which is after his reply) symbolizes that something good is going to come out of this situation. This is because I love snow and every time it snows, I’m always happy (whether we have school or not). So, as plans are underway, the snow yesterday morning tell me that I’m going to have a good/happy time when I see Caleb.
When I got to art (second block), I went out into the courtyard with Angela, Collin, and Sean. I was only wearing my t-shirt and thin hoodie, so I was a bit chilled (actually f’n freezing!), but it was so much fun. We were standing there, acting like little kids, catching snowflakes on our tongues (everyone but Angela), and I was hopping up and down.
And I’m drawing a picture of Mr. Donnelly’s (the art teacher) chair in pink chalk. That makes me ecstatic. I got the chalk and I said, “Look, Angela. It’s pink. You know how I feel about pink, right?” She said, “Yes. I know what my wife’s favorite color is… and what color her eyes are.” Because I was talking when we first got to be good friends about how I convinced all those customers that I was from Germany (because I have claims to German ancestry), and she said, “You should have done Scandinavian, because you have blond hair and blue eyes.” I looked at her. “Green.” “What?” “My eyes are green.” And she laughed. “Oh. Right. Sorry about that.”
See “Snatch” now. If you haven’t, what excuses have you for not seeing one of the greatest diamond heist movies of our time?
Approximate number of times I’ve watched that movie: Gazillion. No, more like 15.
-Pink, bitches… PINK!
