Is is official, I'm bored. Not so bored though, that I'd rather go back to school, just bored in the sense that I have nothing else to do besides eat and watch dvd's... which, all-in-all isn't a bad existence...just a boring one. I made sugar cookies earlier. [made in the vaguest sense of the word, I got the premade dough out of the fridge, cut it and put it on the cookie sheet... I did, however shape some to look like cats...sort of.]

So, yeah... I've been trying to find good ringtones on the internet [good=free] and then again, I'm having a hard time finding ones I'll actually like.

I want to go get a sugar cookie now...

My Christmas ROCKED!! Lemme tell you, I got a ton of anime!

I got the Boogiepop Box Set, and the first DVD of Death Note, Volume 18 of Fruits Basket, Naruto: Best Hits Collection Cd, and my sister got me a Barnes and Noble gift card so we know what that's going to buy. I also got a "Learn to Speak Japanese in 10 minutes a day" book.

I got a cell phone too, so that was pretty beast'n. My sister, ever.so.silently got one too, so we've been texting each other [despite being in the same room] all morning.

Well, I hope everyone had as good a Christmas as I had!

Merry Christmas Eve
I find it interesting that after my self-proclaimed "posting-rut", the only thing I want to do now is post.

Well, as was previously stated, it is Christmas Eve, and I've been trying to convince e.s.s. to tell me what she got me all day long, she has yet to give in. Blegh. But it should be good, I'm excited. It kind of stinks, 'cause I got a gift for a very good friend of mine and I never see her, so I can't give it to her in person, and then I'm a slacker so I don't ever get around to mailing it, and now it's the day before Christmas so unless I hitchhicked to her house, it won't get there in time for the holiday. Sorry, toxictherapy. One of these days when I can drive [legally] I'll come see you.

So, I'm going to see National Treasure 2 later, wanted to go see Sweeney Todd, but the I've been told that I most certainly will not be going to see an R rated movie...because I'm "under the age of 17" which is stupid. I could get an adult to go with me...probably... But, we're going with friends, so it will be ever.so.silently and I and our mom and 3 of our friends. Yippee. The last time we went to go see a movie with these friends, it was Harispray and we were like the only people in the theatre so we were talking through the whole thing. Yelling "Don't Kiss John Travolta" during the entire scene with the two of them singing to each other, then our friend was yelling at Zach Efron when he cursed... Good times. Good times.

EDIT: It's exactly 4 hours 'til Christmas...and I'm watching a Chrismas Classic... "Santa Conquers the Martians". No really, it's an MST 3000 movie...it's hilarious.

Feliz Navidad
Wow. I must say I think this is the longest I've gone without posting. And I'm kind of glad about that. I said earlier that I didn't want to exalt the Internet higher than God, and now I'm taking action against that. I'm not getting online as much and when I do get online I'm only going on 2 or 3 websites. [myotaku/theotaku, mangashare or onemanga, and youtube] So I'm writing more and drawing more and trying to spend more time in the Word and praying.

I wrote almost 30 pages of my short story The Broken Music yesterday, and now it's finally done! I'm most likely going to either a.) turn it into a manga formated graphic novel now; b.) rewrite it because I'm crazy-stupid like that; or c.) start in on part dos. I think I'm going to try to do "a" once I get the initial character/background designs done. I'm really excited about doing that.

How's everyone's Christmas been going? I'm more or less enjoying the break.

Well, one more thing before I go get breakfast, I want you all to know what the true meaning of Christmas is. And that's Jesus Christ's birth. He's the real reason for the season [as corny as that sounds]. So, Happy Birthday Jesus and Merry Christmas to everyone else.

A Series of Mini-Rants
I have two rants for you guys. Well more or less my thoughts on certain subjects....


1.) Why do people [especially in my family] feel the need to make MST 3000 comments about everything we watch. For example watching Star Wars Episdoe V just now, my dad and sister made snarky comments about just about everything. [Luke cuts giant snow-beast's arm off; Dad: "Ha! He just disarmed him!"] [Darth Vader tell Luke his relation to him Luke jumps off of thing he's standing on; my sister: "Darth Vader's probably thinking, 'Crap. Why'd he jump...?'." Dad: "Yeah that and, 'Sheesh what a loser for a son'."] Yes, I do love these people, despite how strange they are.

2.) Why in the world is the Naruto anime so awful?! I mean I turned it on just now and it was crap. I think only reading the manga and fanfics has ruined me.

   Avatar Thoughts.
Yes, I am a dork. And yes, I watch Avatar: The Last Airbender. I have several thoughts on the latest episodes/t.v. movie thing that just got over like 2 mintues ago. Here are my thoughts on certain parts.

First and foremost:
@ Haru's 'stache and soul-patch. What the heck?! Why?! I almost, almost threw-up. And I giggled endlessly whenever he came on the screen.

@ Katara and Aang's PDA. YEEEEEES!!! FINALLY! This caused much squee'ing and giggles from ever.so.silently and I.

@ The all the chicks in the Fire Nation army. At least they know the meaning of "girl power".

@ Zuko in general. I want to marry him. I mean, I wanted to marry him when he was all angsty and pro-Fire Nation; but hey, if he's with the avatar that only makes him about a gazillion times better.

@ Iroh and his beast'n-ness. Iroh is Teh Beast. Plain and simple.

And thus ends my mini-rants about Avatar. I've probably forgotten something I was going to talk about...but I'll post them as I think about them!

   Sorry I haven't been posting as much. My internet at the school isn't working. At least my AOL at the school isn't working, so I have to use stupid internet explorer. Which I dislike for it is slow. I can still sign on AOL, it just won't load any website, and I'm not tech-savy enough to figure out why it won't let me do something from one location and not another. Maybe it's because I use a broadband connection at the school, and a dial-up at home.. >.> Something to think about.

Anyways, I'm not doing artwork much anymore... I don't know why, but the need to draw just isn't there. Like I want to, but there is no wind in my sails... I also feel like I can't write anymore... So all I have left is my photography and I don't even have time for that. So it kind of stinks.

Maybe once stuff cools down a little here. Like next semester, when I change classes. Because let me tell you having Geometry and Spanish, and English all in one day sucks the life right out of ya! And then I have other extra curricular activities that take up my time after school; and then when I do have free time, I just feel like curling up with my laptop and letting it emit warmth and the comfort of a good conversation with my friend. So I kind of am exhausted both mentally and emotionally right now. So I don't know when I'll be back with art.

As if I ate them before. But I'm watching "How It's Made" and let me tell you, they put the processed fish into wood-like logs of fish. NASTY! I don't particulary like fish to begin with... And this just reafirms that.

I would like to make not that in my previous post making fun of fangirls I was making fun of the stereotypical fangirl. It was meant to be stupid... I don't think I've ever seen anyone on the internet talk like that... I was just bored and combined all of the wierd mannerisms I've seen. If I ever met anyone who talks like that...Well, I shudder to think what I'd do. Probably run home crying to my mom... Anyway, if you got offended, I'm sorry. It wasn't meant to be like that I was bored and it was something to do to pass the time.
