Marching band betrayal and the distorientation associated with the first day of high school.
Yes, quite a lot of things have happened! Here we go, in order.
1)I added my Hobbit banner! It covers my avatar, but that's okay. My avatar is Legolas, for those of you who are wondering.
2) I quit the marching band. Dude, it's more work than I'd like to have!
3) I started...*evil scary music* HIGH SCHOOL! It's crazy, crowded, and it makes my head spin. I am NOT a happy Hobbit. I have friends in all of my classes, though, so I'm pretty content. At lunch we have to cram 11 people at a small little round table because nobody gets there early enough to get a big table. It's fun, though! We've got a lot of heavy books to lug around. Worst of all, I have to lug around most of my books AFTER lunch because that's when I have most of my academics. I don't have time to go back to my locker, so I kill myself and carry all these heavy books around.
4) BAND! Woot! Deanie's cool. I like 'im. I think T.N. would've been cooler. ((Yes, those are nicknames we use for them.)) T.N. quit, tho. I'm betraying the flute section and I'm switching over to the oboe. I'll still play the flute at home and junk. The freshman band needed an oboe player, and that's where I come in. Tada! *takes a bow*
5) I DIDN'T GET TO SEE THE EXORCIST (the new one) AT THE MOVIES WITH EMM! They wouldn't let us into the theatre without an adult. Soooo. Guess what we saw? AVP! It kicked BUTT! I didn't get to watch James D'Arcy...Because he wasn't in it...But there was a Scottish dude! (I LOVE Scottish accents!) I won't give anything away except for the fact that it was AWESOME!
Dude, me n' Emm were stuck at the theater for like... FOUR OR FIVE HOURS! Two before the movie (Because the Exorcist started at 6:50 and we thought we were seeing that, so we got there at 5:50 or something near that.), about one and a half during the movie, and an hour AFTER the movie. I would've invited more people if I knew we were seeing AVP. *sigh* Sorry to the people I didn't call and invite!

And I think that's all...Except that I still need to take notes on my summer reading novel. Oh, and Latin rocks! My Latin name's either going to Astraea (uh-STRI-uh), Dionysia (Dee-oh-NIECE-ee-uh), or Cybele (Kye-BELL-lay).
Valete! (Bye!)
