"Daybreak"
The water glistens from the sun.
A sign that a new day has begun.
Birds sing their song with delight.
Joyful of the sun shining bright.

Fish jump up from streams.
Greatly refreshed and out of dreams.
Squirrels jump from tree to tree.
Excited and so full of glee.

Chipmunks scurrie all around.
Not in the trees but on the ground.
Butterflys flutter through the air.
Not just one, but some in pairs.

These the noises at sunrise.
So beautiful try not to cry.
These the images at the lake.
All this beauty at daybreak.
