I shall be the greatest little housewife ever.
Today I started working for my mother. I am a menial office bitch for the law office of Teri Rippier. Today I had to copy change of attoney notices and stuff envelopes (at least 100 which needed to have things highlited, folded, stuffed, postage'd and sealed). I then alphabetized files and copied more stuff. This all took me four hours. But, it was four hours at 8 dollars an hour. Joy 32 dollars. But then there shall be taxes. Boo.
Last night was horrid. It was forever and it felt like my arm was going to fall off. Ugg. Pomp and Circumstance. And to think I have to do it again next year.
The george foreman grill is god's gift to lazy cooks. I use it for everything. I made rosemary chicken on it tonight. I've used it for grilled cheese, panini-style sandwiches, frozen burritos, and pork chops. Gawd. It's so easy to use and easy to clean. It's great.
So yes, I made dinner tonight. Rosemary chicken, green beans sauteed with red onions and garlic, potatoes with bacon bits and a tomato-cucumber-red onion salad in balsamic vinagrette. God it was good.
I need to clean my fucking room. Argh.
