Nocturnal once more...

It’s so great to be out of summer school. I got an A in my class I am so happy. Now that I am out of school, I can stay up late and sleep in. It rocks.

Last night I stayed up until 2 am last night fixing up a pair of jeans. I wrote AFI, Atreyu, Katy Rose and Gackt lyrics all over them in black sharpie with my favorite lines in red. In some areas where I couldn’t fit some lyrics and the left back pocket, I put this really cool looking spider web motif thing. I have a black widow spider on one of the areas and a butterfly with broken wings on the back pocket with the spider web. On the right back pocket, I have the AFI logo thing from the front of the Sing the Sorrow cd.

My mom thinks they’re cute. ^-^

I have been more creative lately with making stuff. I have been working on several projects lately. I am making this cool looking long vest out of purple velveteen, but I’m not going to be able to finish it until my sewing machine gets back from the shop in about a week. >_< I’m also working on crocheting a scarf out of this really cool looking purple yarn. I lurve the color purple. XD I want to start more projects, but I really need to finish what I have started. ^_^;;

I have been playing my violin a lot more lately. I can’t wait for camp, I hope I make first this year. It’s going to be so much fun.

FINALLY! THE BELATED ANIME EXPO POST!!!!

Jeopardy Anime Expo was great! It was worth the $25 in every way. It was so much fun. I am so going next year.

A got up at 7:00 Sunday, nice and early. A half an hour earlier than my alarm was set for actually. ^_^;; So I got up and started to get ready. After long periods of waiting, I went over to my friend, Brittanie’s house as she was going to AX with me.

We left the house at about 9:45 we live pretty close to Anaheim so we got there pretty fast. We parked and went to the convention area-place-thing. We didn’t know where to go for the tickets and we wandered around for a bit until we asked someone. There was no line for tickets. My mom and I had pre ordered our tickets so we went to that line while Brittanie went to the cash line. She got her ticket before us. ^_^;;

After we got our tickets, my mom let us go off on our own. The exhibit hall had all sorts of stuff all over. We hit all the major booths, Tokyopop, Viz and Bandai. Then we just wandered around the hall. There were so many booths selling all sorts of different stuff. I saw loose socks for sale, they were 120cm long. But they were $25, so I didn’t get them. :sniff:

At 12:00 I went to go meet Sen, Shin and Karmi. I sat around with my friend reading manga while I waited for everyone to show up. I sat around for a good 10 minutes or so and then I saw them. They didn’t know what I looked like, so me walking up to them must have been kinda weird. ^_^;; So anyways, we all met up and walked around the exhibit hall.

Our first stop was the Viz booth. There was a big give away thing where they were throwing t-shirts at the people who were surrounding this big structure-like thing. It was just really crowed and people were chanting “over here over here over here ect.�E We were behind a big support thing, so none of us got a t-shirt.

After that, we wandered around the exhibit hall more, then decided to sit down at a table. We sat around for a while and rested our poor little feet. After that, we went and wandered around for a little while more.

After more wandering, we went into the fan art room. Karmi got a drawing and I got cat ears. ^_^ I proudly wore them for the rest of the day. There was a lot of really cool drawings in there.

After the art room, Karmi went off to do her thing and Sen, Shin and his sister, Brittanie and I went to the Marriott to watch anime. We got there a little early so we went into the arcade. It was packed full. They had a lot of games, DDR, this Initial D racing game thing and various others. One game caught my eye, it was this game like DDR but you waved your arms around instead of using your feet. If I ever see another one of those, I am so going to try it. ^_^

After our trip to the magical arcade, we wandered around the hotel looking for our video room. We took a short detour in a video room showing Read or Die. But we got kicked out because we were “sitting in the isles.�E Ah well.

Finally it was time for our show and we went to the video room it was in. We saw three anime. The first one was Stratos 4, it was okay, it had a lot of fan service. >_< Since it ended early, they did a quiz on it and I answered a question and got a t-shirt. It was from anime expo 2001 though. Oh well. At least I got a t-shirt. XD The second one was this mini goddess anime with the goddesses of Ah My Goddess! It was cute. The third one was Tsukihime. Oh my god. It rocked. It had really cool music (lots of violin, I wouldn’t mind getting the sheet music for it ^_^) and a really cool story. I would love to see the rest of this series.
After we watch the anime, my friend got picked up by her mom and I continued on with the con-ness.

After the anime and more wandering around, we went back to the convention center and met up with Karmi. We wandered around and looked at cosplayers and we saw the infamous Man Faye! He has the biggest hairiest ass sticking out of this little yellow shorts. Karmi got a picture with him. XD

Then Shin and his sister had to leave. But not until we took a picture, in the street. XD

After Shin and his sister left, there was a lot more wandering around looking at cosplayers and looking for Karmi’s mom.

After even more wandering around, looking at cosplayers and looking for Karmi’s mom, Sen had to leave. After goodbyes and hugs we went around and wandered and looked for Karmi’s mom more. After a good 15 minutes of looking, she finally decided to walk back to her hotel. I decided to walk with her to the big street in front of the convention center while I called my mom. So I call her and she said that she would pick me up and that she was very disappointed in me. And I asked why. She was disappointed with me because Brittanie went home early without me and we were supposed to stick together. When she said that earlier that day, I interpreted it as stick with the group, and that’s basically what she said. So yeah, she came and picked me up and I had to do kitchen duty for the whole week. Oh joy.

Music: A.F.I- This Celluloid Dream

This morning I got up and went to the stable. Today’s lesson was good. I rode Flash, he’s a really sweet horse, and he’s fun to ride too. ^_^ Well anyways, because I’m riding one of my trainer’s horses, my lesson fee would go up $10 dollars, but she’s offering to keep it at $30 if I clean the horse that I am riding’s stall. It’s a good trade off. ^_^

TOMRROW IS ANIME EXPO!!!!!! YES!!!!

I got my registration done over the internet. My badge is going to say “Kat” big and “Otakuboards” small. ^_^ I cant wait!!!! I’ll tell you all, all about it when I get home tomorrow. I am so frickin’ excited. ^_________^

Well that paper was due today. I barely had 7 pages. Then Mr. Shell told all of us to condense our papers to 5 pages. I am so glad he had us do that. My paper makes a lot more sense now. ^_^;; I hope I get a good grade on it.

That’s pretty much all that happened today.

I finished it, that evil paper of doom. (For the record, right now its 11:30-ish) I am so happy I am finally done. I was really panicking over nothing, as it was pretty easy once I got down to it. ^_^;; It’s amazing how quotes make your paper substantially longer. It’s great. xD

After school yesterday, I went to the stable to begin my first day helping my trainer exercise her horses and say bye to Jack. It was so sad. I think he’s already in Pasa Robles by now. I rode him for four years. He taught me almost everything I know about riding English style. He’s a great dressage horse and I have many ribbons on my wall and trophies on my shelf thanks to him. I’m going to miss him.

Well anyways, enough crying over a horse. My first day as exercise rider was great. I rode Flash. He’s really pretty, black with a blaze. He was also really fun to ride. He has a lovely canter. I’m going to ride him in my lesson on Saturday. It’s going to be fun.

I can’t wait for Anime Expo!!! It’s going to be so much fun.

I�fm feeling all shitty and depressed. I hate it. I have no reason to be, but I just am. It�fs just this heavy feeling in my heart. It�fs like I just don�ft want to go on. I feel like I have no reason or will to live, I wouldn�ft be too upset if I didn�ft live to see tomorrow. The stress and just everything makes it hard for me to go on. I just feel like I�fm not liked and nobody would care if I went, for good.

Where's the panic button when you need it?
ARG!!!!!

I don't know if i'll be able to finish this bloody paper!!! >_< I currently have 4 and 1/4ths of a page out of seven. The rough draft is due today at the end of class at 12:18 and it is 9:43-ish right now. I've practically run out of ideas. I'm in panic mode now, and it isn't pleasant. At all. ARGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!! I am so dead. :dies:
