Meow.
Music: Atreyu- Lip Gloss and Black
The party last night was okay. The theme was Pirates of the Caribbean. Personally, I think its stupid to theme a dance after a movie. Its not fair to assume that everyone has seen the movie and like it. Not saying that I didnt see it or like it, in fact, I loved Pirates of the Caribbean. But I think it would be bad to go to the dance and see that the theme was a movie that you had never seen. It would be kinda annoying.
The decorations were very good. They had this big ship thing on the stage with this skeleton dude on it. They had a lot of glow-in-the dark stuff. Black lights and glow paint everywhere. They gave us glow in the dark bracelets and necklaces. There was that metallic-curtain stuff hanging from wires dividing the dance floor area from the food area. They had a lot of pirate stuff around. Cannons, treasure chests, pictures of mermaids, the whole nine yards. Outside they had a foosball table, 2 air-hockey tables and two ping-pong tables.
They played really bad music though. All rap and hip hop. >.>

My riding lesson today was pretty good. Jumped two courses, and he didnt refuse once! I had to wrap him because he did all that hard work.

Music: AFI- This Celluloid Dream
I'm feeling all shitty and depressed and I have no clue why.
Yesterday the 8th grade class went to Knott's Berry Farm. I hung out with some people I never really talk to and some good friends. It was fun-ish. I went on two rides, Montezooma's Revenge and Big Foot Rapids. I was just drained yesterday and I didn't feel like going on anything else.
Today was kinda cool though. The band went to an elementary school in our district to play for them, so more than half of my class was gone. We got to do two labs by ourselves. It was quite fun. Then was social studies. We had to correct tests, so we had to do two each (since the band-o's were still gone). Then we got to hang out for the rest of the class.
After that, we had practice for the promotion on next Tuesday. We were out in the sun for four hours. So now I have a headache and a sunburn. >.> Just in time for the *promotion party* tonight. Its going to be kinda fun. Im probably going to spend the whole time by myself though. And my mother is chaperoning the damn thing too. <.< They kept the theme secret from us, so were going to find out tonight. I hope they play decent music too. All the ever play is Chingy, Nelly, and Err-sherE(usher >.<)
Well anyways, there was a band in our cafeteria at lunch. A real band. Guitar, bass, drums, singer ect. They were playing in the quad. They were okay. I liked their music but their singer could have been better. The music its self was kinda un-balanced. The drums overpowered everything. Next was the first guitar and then the singer. You could barely hear the second guitar and you couldnt hear the bass at all. Anyways, after they played, they said that they had a mailing list you could sign up for and they were going to give away free stuff. So my friend and I went up. And then a bunch of other kids came and pushed us around, like a big ocean of kids. So our vice principal got all pissed and said that they werent going to give away any free stuff. >.<
After school, I went to tower records to buy some cds. I got Atreyus Suicide notes and Butterfly Kisses. Good CD. I also got AFIs Sing The Sorrow. Good cd too. I need more money for more cds.

Hey everyone! Check this out!! [insert cheezy smile here]
Deja Entendu- Brand New
Sic Transit Gloria- Glory Fades
This is a totally kick-ass band and a totally kick-ass song. It's kinda hard to find, but its well worth the effort.
Sic Transit gloria-
Keep the noise low, she doesn't wanna blow it.
She stripped from head to toe and then left him with his shoulder out.
Go get your heartbeat.
It beats me straight into the ground.
You don't recover from a night like this.
Our victim, still lying in bed, completely motionless.
A hand moves in the dark to her zipper.
And a boy best in tourniquet sheets barely whispers,
"This is so messed up."
Upon arrival the guests had all stared.
Dripping wet and clearly depressed, he'd headed straight for the stairs.
No longer cool, but a boy in a stitch,
unprepared for a life filled with lies and failing relationships.
(Up the stairs, the station where the act becomes the art of growing up.)
He keeps his hands low, he doesn't wanna blow it.
He's wet from head to toe and his eyes give her the up and the down.
His stomach turns and he thinks of throwing up.
Get the body on the bed like it's flowered and he starts going down.
The people, the focus.
The reasons that I had to believe you weren't too hard to settle.
Die young and save yourself.
They take all the taste out.
It used to be the reason that we're even, now it's choking me up.
Die young and save yourself.
She hits the lights.
This doesn't seem quite fair.
Despite everything he learned from his friends,
he doesn't feel so prepared.
She's breathing quiet and smooth, he's gasping for air.
"This is the first and last time", he said.
She fakes a smile and presses her hips into his.
He keeps his hands pinned down at his sides.
He's holding back from telling her exactly what it really feels like.
He is the lamb, she is the slaughter.
She's moving way too fast
and all he wanted was to hold her.
Nothing that he touches is really having an effect.
He whispers that he loves her, but she's probably only looking for...
(Up the stairs, the station where the act becomes the art of growing old.)
So much more than he could ever give.
A life full of lies and failing relationships.
He keeps his hands pinned down at his sides.
He waits for it to end and for the aching in his guts to subside.
The people, the focus.
The reasons that I had to believe you weren't too hard to settle.
Die young and save yourself.
They take all the taste out.
It used to be the reason that we're even,
now it's choking me up.
Die young and save yourself.
Up the stairs, the station where the act becomes the art of growing old.
The people, the focus.
The reasons that I had to believe you weren't too hard to settle.
Die young and save yourself.
They take all the taste out.
It used to be the reason that we're even,
now it's choking me up.
Die young and save yourself.

Look into stalker refrences in the following...
Music: The Darkness- I Believe in a Thing Called Love
Im going to Knotts tomorrow with the 8th grade class. It's going to be so much fun. Even though Im probably going to spend the whole time wandering around by myself, like last time. I think I might get a henna tattoo done. On my back or something. But it cant be any where visible because I dont know if Im allowed to have them at school. Not like it matters though. Theres only 5 school days left. And nobody noticed the last time I had one. So maybe Ill just take my chances.
Well anyways, I got my dress checked for promotion. Its black with bright pink flowers on it and its made out of this light fabric. It has spaghetti straps and it goes down to my knees. I might post a picture if I get a good one. It almost didnt pass because the vice principal forgot that we were aloud to have spaghetti straps. Goddamn clothes nazi. >.> But she checked the paper, and it passed. So Im happy. I dont have a date though. No surprise though. So Ill just go by myself and chill with my friends.
Today I took three tests. The first one was math, then science and finally social studies. On the math test I got a C, a rather low C at that. On the science test I got 100%. But science is my best subject, so I expected an A. The social studies test hasnt been graded yet, but I know I got a bad grade because I didnt study at all. I think its because its the end of the year and I just dont care anymore.
Today was the last realEday of school. Because tomorrow were going to Knotts, Friday were doing promotion rehearsals, Monday is the yearbook signing party, Tuesday is just a short day and Wednesday is the last day.

...
He rushed up the stairs after the girl. "Suicide," he thought, "She said she was going to commit suicide..."
He turned a corner in the stairwell to just see her slam open the door to the roof. He ran faster. He came to the door just as the girl was about to step up to the ledge.
"WAIT!" he shouted.
She stopped, he hair loose from her usual bun flying around her.
"What do you want?" she demanded, looking out at the horizon, away from the boy.
"I don't want you to kill yourself," he said simply.
"Why do you care if I kill myself? No one else cares about me," she said, with her voice full of malice.
"You're wrong!" he found himself shouting, "People care, I care. Nothing can be bad enough for you to kill yourself."
"How do you know," she said bitterly, turning to him slowly, "you're not me. You dont feel the same things as me. So how can you even say that?"
She looked straight into his eyes. Hers like a swirling hurricane, a mix of sadness and anger, his wide in shock and surprise.
"You were always so happy in class. Always smiling and.. and making jokes, nobody had any idea that you were so... depressed" he stammerd.
"This.." she paused taking a deep breath and then continued, "this is the side of me I never show anyone. But I feel like this all the time. Bieng alive is painful, so death is the only way out."

So, what do you all think? Should I write a story to go with that little thing? I know it sucks. I need to work with it a bit. And run it through a spell checker. >.>

Someone died of a brain aneurism today while taking a standardized test. The last thing anyone saw him do was stand up, pull all his hair out and yell, ABACADABA!! ABACADABA!!!!E
Student me:
My spanish final sucked. It was really weird. I don't think I did very well. Mabey I had alot of lucky guesses and I somehow get an A. But i'm willing to be that i'm going to get a B or C. That might bring my grade down from an A. >.< I hate school.
I'm not doing very well in math. I have a C- (70.87%) But thats without my extra credit. So it will move into a nice solid C. Oh boy. There's a test tomrrow. If I don't get an A, my grade is probably going to go down a few points. I so do not need that. We're turning in some homework tomrrow for extra points. Our math grade so far is solely based on test scores. So you can see, I don't do very well on math tests.
In social studies i'm pulling a B- a lovely 80% There is a test on wednesday so if I get an A on that, i'll get a higher B. I really haven't been trying in social studies though. I just never read the textbook.
I look back on the year and I see how lazy and stupid I have been. If I had read the materials, came after school more often, studied more... If only I was a better student. Now its down to the wire and I have shitty grades, just because I was a procrastinator and was lazy.
I hope I remember this lovely lesson next year. I'm going to really need to start bieng more motivated next year. High school is when grades really start to count. And i'm taking all honors classes-
English H
Geometry H
Earth Science H
and
MUN (model united nations)
MUN is going so much fun but it is going to be alot of work. >.<
I don't know how i'm going to manage next year. But we'll just wait and see.
------------------------------
Morbid me:
Watching the news is kinda weird, its all Regan this and Regan that. And they have all of this little interview short program things on the news. One thing you have to think is, how long have they had these things in waiting? I mean, come on, he's had on foot in the grave for a while. So they must have had these in the making.
People are crying, not just family and friends, but just american citizens. It was great what he did for the country and helping put an end to communism, but come on. Everyone is going to die so why waste your energy getting sad over someone you didn't even know? I wasn't surprised when I heard he died. I just thought "someone else dies, big deal." Sure he was a great man but now he's dead. Can we please move on? They're going to beat the crap out of this for the next week.
------------------------------
Musical me:
I had a lovely violin lesson today, eventhough I didn't practice all week due to a lack of a violin to play. So she is going to let me use her violin untill I get violins to try out and eventually buy. I can't wait. ^^
9 days till school is out!!

If at first you do succeed, try not to look astonished.
Music: Foo Fighters- Monkey Wrench
Last night was great, I went to see the final performance of the Pacific Symphony for the season. It was really nice. They had some of the principal musicians play solos. I really liked the principal cellist's piece Variations on a Rococo Theme by Tchaikovsky. They had John Williams, the man who brought you the music for many movies such as Jaws, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, E.T., Saving Private Ryan and many many other movies, as a guest concuctor for the night. So naturally they had to play a whole ass-load of his music. They played Call of the Champions (olympics theme, I belive), stuff from Schindlers List, a tuba concerto of his, Sound of the Bells, Tributes and Exultate justi with the all-american boys chorus. Little boys in red coats singing. raow Haha.
The best part of the evening was seeing my friend from camp, Maddie. It was kinda surprising. I was coming out of the bathroom and in the line that stretched 50feet into the lobby was my friend. We met up and talked for a while. Its really nice to meet up with people you thought were gone forever.
This morning I had a riding lesson. I almost overslept. But I got up just in time to get ready and go to my lesson. Jack behaved very well and didnt refuse once. I bathed him with a linament bath and wrapped him. As soon as summer starts, i'm going to go to the stable on wednesdays to help my trainer exercise her horses. Its going to help me improve alot.
Tomrrow is my spanish final and I haven't studied one friggin bit. I am so screwed. Goddamn verbs!!! Atleast its a multiple choice test. So I have a small chance of passing it.
10 days till the end of school.
