i am writing this story tell me what you think of it kk
The Battle of 6 Armies
Chapter one: The beginning
Once upon a time in a land far away from where we are now, there was a time period unknown to us humans. In this period of time, there were many, many more creatures then there are alive today. For example, a Gnarlax, a demon that has no legs or arms, it has a face and then a giant mouth on its chest. There were also those average magical creatures like elves, dwarves, unicorns, dragons and a number of other beautiful beasts.
Our story starts off with an elf. His name is Tokenor, he was born into a royal family. Two days after he was born, the evil family of wargs, witch are an evil race of wicked wolves that walk on their feet like us stole the new born prince. The whole family of all creatures good wept and cursed the wicked wargs and swore revenge for the crime they did.
On this glorious day the wargs, of coarse, were indoors. It was chore day and as usual they sent Tokenor (who had long blonde hair because the wargs never bothered to pay for a hair cut) to do the chores. “ TOKENOR!” they screeched.
“Yes?” “here is your list of chores.”
Unusually there were thousands. “why are there so many?” “Because you useless twit, the king and Queen of all wargs are coming! SO GET GOING!” “ but I thought you were the king!” I’m the king of you, now scram.” Tokenor looked down at the piece of parchment and this is what it said;
CLEAN THE KITCHEN, MAKE THE BEDS, SCRUB THE FLOOR, SCRUB THE WALLS, WASH THE DISHES, , COOK THE DINNER, TAKE OUT THE TRASH, FEED THE FISH, PUT THE BOTTLES OF wine ON THE TABLE, PAY THE SNAKES THE MONEY WE BARROWED FROM THEM,ECT…
He glared at them from the spot and marched to the closet to grab some rags and cleaning materials. Finally, after many hours of hard labor he finished. He walked into the living room and said, “I’m finished.” “Good now get by the door, they will be here any minute.” Right on cue, there were loud thumps on the stone door. Tokenor opened it and there were two wargs looking if possible more furious then any of them. “ good evening everyone, hello twit get our suit cases.” “suit cases?” guess we forgot to tell you their staying for a while cackled his ‘uncle‘. “I see’ sighed Tokenor. He grabbed the suitcases and brought them to the biggest guest rooms. As he joined the party he hoped to god that they would forget he was there, for every time some guest came over he was treated like a punching bag.
“Hey kid.” said a voice by the window he quickly looked at the (now very drunk) wargs and he sidled over to the window where he heard the voice. When he got the he looked out the window and this is what he saw. A boy no more then Tokenor’s age was standing outside the window he had matted red hair, two green eyes, very tattered clothes, and in his hand he carried a thick, sloppily made, hand braided rope. “ What?” He hissed. “Climb carefully out the window without making any noise if you want to escape.” Tokenor’s heart leapt at the very thought of escaping this prison. So of coarse he climbed out the window . “We better go!’ said the boy. So he left with the boy without giving a backward glance at the wargs he’d (hope) never see again.
Once the stone house was out of sight Tokenor and the boy sat down to talk. “My name is Gliberen.” said the boy. “I come form a tiny village just north of here where the sun shines very bright and there is little food or water.” “Why not?” asked Tokenor who had never been outside farther than two feet from the little stone house. “ The warg army has taken over the whole world and they are down right pigs who eat way to much!” said Gliberen crossly. “what!” exclaimed Tokenor. “How could this happen?” Gliberon sighed “I don’t kow about you but I need some sleep.” Tokenor layed down and thought about how lucky he was to be able to never see another warg agin. How wrong he was.
Chapter two: The village
The next morning Tokenor yawned and stretched for he felt very stiff in the back. He looked over at Gliberon who was still sleeping. He crawled over to him and started to shake Gliberen awake. “what?” He mumbled sleepily. “Get up!” “But…” “No butts!” Gliberen sat up and glared at Tokenor Like a cat staring at a dog who was eating out of his litter box when he really had to go. Tokekenor asked “why did you rescue me?” Gliberen instantly turned his glare into a worried look. “I don’t think I’m the one to tell you.” He then turned around and got up saying “on to the village.” Tokenor who was still curious about Gliberon’s answer instantly forgot about it and asked “what village!” Gliberen shook his head and said “come on and I’ll show you”
As the two travlers made their way on to the village, Tokenor developed millions of questions in his head. He had never been outside more than the frount yard with the wargs. Gliberen all of a sudden stopped and happily said, “we’re here.” Tokenor looked down and this is what he saw; A crowded street with tons of booths. Some were realy busy others had one or two people. Most people were dressed in filthy rags others nothing more than line cloths. Kids were running around teasing each other, pushing each other, and stealing from each other. Most of the houses were made out of a mossy wood, while others were made out of grimey stones. Tokenor ’s face fell. “The wargs houses were better.” Gliberen sighed and said “,that’s because their rich.
“Well we better go down you should hold on to me.” “No way!” said Tokenor crossly. “I’m no baby!” “Suit yourself.” said Gliberen. As they walked, Tokenor looked right and left at all the booths. He turned around and looked straight at an ugly hag. She had a wart on her cheek with breast length hairs growing out of them. She looked at them and licked her lips. He gripped Gliberen’s arm. “Not a baby huh?” Tokenor let go embarrassed.
“This is my house.” Exlamed Gliberen proudly. Tokenor looked at it It was a clean stone house with chikens running around in the front yard. Tokenor saw how proud Gliberen was so he thought the polite thing to say was, “did you build this cool house?” “Well I don’t like to brag but I built it by myself.” The two boys walked into the house with hungery expressions on their faces. Tokenor looked around an spotted an old lady busling around the kitchen grumbling to herself. “where is that boy?” Then she spotted them “GLIBEREN!” Who is this boy? a friend of yours?” “yeah he’s the-” he broke of looking at Tokenor. He then spoke a different language, “Auwoi gleen kpen bo tok.” “What? He asked indignently. “nothing nothing” said gliberen innocently. The old women looked shocked for a moment and then came up to him and looked at him foundly like a mother looking lovingly at her child. She stared at his slim figure and said, “you need fattening up.” Tokenor looked at the ground and muttered “the wargs don’t feed me very much don’t worry about it.” “nonsense!” said the woman beaming. Lets see you need to know my name and it’s Gloria. I’ll make you some onion soup, turkey, and wine.”
One fabulous feast later Gloria sent Gliberen and Tokenor to bed. “You know,” said Tokenor sleepily “I think I might just like it here.”
From that day on Gliberen and Tokenor remained friends till the end of their days.
Chapter three: Identity
While staying with Gliberen and Gloria, Tokenor became stronger. He was constently farming, cleaning, cooking, and building. Even though he had to do chores like at the wargs house he felt as if he was loved. He finely had a home. One cool breezy morning, Gloria woke him up early. “Wazthematter?” He grunted sleepily. “It’s harvest day!” she said happily. We now finally can have bread, butter, honey, corn, potatoes, carrots, squash, tomatoes and every other vegitable you can think of.” “that’s awesome,” said Tokenor who was getting tired of onion, soup, turkey, and wine for every breakfast lunch and dinner.
When they got outside a horrible sight met their eyes. Every person in. the village women, children, men, and livestock lay slaughtered on the ground. The ground was soaked in blood and gore. Fires were set to every hut and they saw a bunch of men riding off into the distence. Tokenor looked over at the field dreading the worst, every thing was gone. Gloria sat down and looked at the field and turned a greenish pale coler. “What’s the mat- oh my god who the hell did this?” said Gliberen coming out of the house.
“I don’t know,” moaned gloria “but if they did this to everyone else, why didn’t they do it to or house?” “Maybe they were stupid and didn’t see it.” joked Gliberen. Gloria looked at him a snapped “well if they were stupid they wouldn’t be stupid enough to match you stupidness.” “jeez.” said Gliberen can’t anyone make a joke?” Gloria got off her knees and looked at Gliberen with a grim expression on her face. “Gliberen,” she said “,I think it’s time to tell him.” “Yeah, I supose so.” replied Gliberen. Come on.
After many hours of discussion Tokenor finnaly understood. So just because I’m a prince the wargs were after me?” “Its not just because you’re a prince.” explained Gloria “it’s also because you have… you have a gift.” “What type of gift?” asked Tokenor “the gift of ice.” “what?” said Tokenor losing understanding again. “Well… I guess I’ll tell you the story. A long time ago there were six powerful kings. The king of elves, the king of men, the king of vampires, the king of dragons, the king of faires, and the king of wargs. Each race had a gift. The gift of ice to the elves, lighting to the men, blood to the vampires, fire to the dragons, earth to the faries, and water to the wargs. The only thing is only one being of each race can have the gift. You were the one of your race and…” she looked at Gliberen ,“ and Gliberon’s the one of ours.” “Really?” asked Tokenor “yes.”
Tokenor thought for a moment and asked “Why don’t the other five races join together to get rid of the wargs?” “That’s is because the races… er… don’t exactly get along.” “And by that you mean…?” “theres a war going on between the races.” “Wouldn’t the wargs notice?” “They do.” “Then why don’t they stop it?” “My dear boy I thought after sixteen years of living with wargs that you would undersatnd how cruel they were!” exclaimed Gloria “They like it they caused strife between the villages by killing the last people with the gifts and blamed it on another race.” “That’s terrible!” said Tokenor a look of disgust on his face. “I know.”
“Well,” said Gloria I think it’s high time you get going.” “Going where?” asked Gliberen blankly. To find the other five chosen people!” “right now?” asked Gliberen “yes.” said gloria shortly, “now hand me those two bags.” Looking amazed Gliberen handed her the bags and said to Tokenor “this is sudden.” “I know.” whispered Tokenor “but we better help her pack.” Gloria turned to them “I’m sorry but I’m not going with you.” “What! Why?” asked Tokenor. “I’m too old. Now hears your bags.” She handed them to the boys, looked at them and burst out crying. “Mom it’s okay we’ll be fine!” said Gliberen looking shocked. “I-I just d-don’t want t-t-to lose you!” she grabbed gliberen and started sobbing on his shoulder. He looked at Tokenor. Gloria looked up them and sighed “I guess I can’t hang on to you forever my son and you too Tokenor. I know I only knew you for a little while but it seems like I can’t bear to see you go.”
It was with a heavy heart tha the travlers seemed to go. Tokenor looked at Gliberen and said give me a knife. Gliberen looked at him in surprise but obliged. Tokenor gripped his long hair and also gripped the knife. He swung the knife and the hair fell to his feet it was now only up to his neck. He grabbed his hair and stuffed it in his bag. Gliber looked at him and said, “you’re bring it?” Tokenor replied, “ Elf hair is really valuble.” Gliberen looked at him in disbelief. “Really.” said Tokenor.
So youre going to sell it and make a quick buck or two? Tokenor Glared at him. “No, I just randomly decided to bring it.” Gliberen Laughed.
After several days of travling the two boys decided they needed to stop and get horses. Gliberen said “ I will get food supplies and you get two able bodied horses.” He handed Tokenor some money, “make sure you get two good ones.” “I will.” replied Tokenor and he went of to the stables there were many different types of horses
