So how do you make pics smaller anyway? I have a bunch that I want to submit but they're all over 400 KB?

Oh man sophemore year is evil. I have four different essays to write and one of them needs to 2500 words while the rest are 1000 word requirement. This doesn't give me any time to sketch or watch InuYasha!
