college!
i meant to post about this a while ago, but i finally found a college! HURRAY! It's called High Point University, and it's in High Point, NC.
i went up and took a tour last thursday, and it was amazing! the school is modeled after harvard, so it's gorgeous! they have dorms that are 1 person up through 4 people, and there's one dorm called Blessing where each person has their own individual room, and 2-4 poeople share a sitting room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. they give out free food all the time (which is a mega plus for me), they play music around campus in the mornings, they have a theatre program AND a business program (which i've noticed never really come in a pair), and they are just finishing the new business buidlings, which are all created with lazy-boi furniature and smartboards. I'M SO EXCITED!
in other news, prom is comming and i have no idea what to wear.... i can't believe i just said that.
ok, moving on.
oh, i have to tell you the best quote of all time! i was leaving on friday morning after just brushing my teeth, and my dad turn to me and says, "You are the only person i know who goes into the bathroom, locks the doors, and turns on the fain, just to brush her teeth." instant response: YEP! ^_^
