According to sources, today is Nation Cliche day. It is also national fig week.
So, in honor of national cliche day, here are some cliches that don't help at all in everyday life!

When God gives you lemons, make lemonade (right. Just in case god decides to drop lemons from the sky. Metaphorically or literally, that's a stupid one. Besides, I don't like lemonade, and I don't even know how many lemons it takes to make lemon-frickin-ade.)
