   *sigh* grr this bein evil O.o
ok...i wanted to change my site to a more bluish theme because i've been sortof fond of blue lately and i have the colors but i wanna put the backround of a pic of sailor mercury from my image hosting site...BUT it wont work nd im really confused O.o PLS HELP!!!!
