*slightly crazy at the moment*
Ah man, I am now getting a guilt trip from the Space Commander so this is going to be just a little short.
Right, I promise that I'm going to work on Chapter the Sixth today
(Sam - "Damn skippy.") especially considering that last night Chremslied appeared, sat across the table from me, looked me straight in the face and told me to finish it. *shivers* I'm Workin' On It! I'm Workin' On It!
I had an awesome weekend. I am now going to write an e-mail. TTFN, Ta Ta For Now.

*chillin in Boy's room*
Sorry I didn't post Tuesday, we were in the middle of a good converstation and I was busy reading and commenting on everybody's posts instead of writing my own.
So, what have I been up to lately?
Went on a date Saturday night, went to a birthday party Sunday afternoon, finally got one of my friends to come and dance at my dance class on Tuesday, found out that I made a 92 on my first logic test which makes me happy.
Hopefully I'll be able to go to fencing today although there seems to be some problems concerning how I may be getting there today *fingers crossed that I'll get there*
Going to finish watching GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER soon and start watching the eight disc of MONTY PYTHON: THE FLYING CIRCUS. I'm actually very backlogged on movies right now, there are about fifteen people have lent me and I've only gotten around to watching one of them (and subsiquently returning it.)
Oh My Gosh!! I forgot to tell y'all! Homeboy/Epee got me a copy of THE CROW!!!! ^_^ Happy days! It includes the last interview Brandon Lee did. Makes me very happy. *doink*
I think that I'm going to be working on a film soon. I'm suppose to be part of the film club here, but I've only gone to one meeting so I need to get back into it. I should also be able to get around to working on some of my stories again.
I really, Really, REALLY need to start studing and greatly improving my Latin. *shivers* Eheu!
What else? Ummm, I've applied for a job, should find out about it by the end of this week the beginning of next.
Fun stuff. Yeah, there's probably other stuff I've done and I can't remember at the moment. Feel free to be nosey and ask about stuff in general. Acrocanis, I should be sending you an e-mail soon.

This is stuff that highly irks me:
This is an actual exerpt of a book entitled THE LANGUAGE POLICE. These are banned words or phrases that are not supposed to be found in textbooks and/or tests for K - 12 students. (aka political correctness) These are the ones that really get my goat.
^Blind, the (bannned as offensive; replace with "people who are blind")
^Adam and Eve (replace with "Eve and Adam," to demonstrate that males do not take priority over females)
^Fraternize (banned as sexist) [how is this word sexist, will somebody please explain this to me?]
^Heiress (banned as sexist; replace with "heir") [um, Dudes, heiress is the term directed specifically to a women because it is the femine form. It is phsyically impossible for a woman to be an heir, if she was an heir she wouldn't have a second "X" chromosome but a "Y" chromosome.]
^Heroine (banned as sexist; replace with "hero") [see above comment on "heiress."]
^Bookworm (banned as offensive; replace with "intellectual") [excuse me, just because you read a lot does not make you an intellectual. I am a Bookworm and darn proud of it, and I'm not an intellectual. I'm sorry, I'm just not smart enough to fit that definition.)
^Man of war (banned as sexist; replace with "warship") [sorry, that's what they're called. Idiots. Oh yeah, a Man of War is also the name of a fish, so what are you going to call the fish to make sure it isn't offended?)
^Paraplegic (banned as offensive; replace with "person with paraplegia") [ummm, what's the difference?]
^Pagan (banned as ethnocentric when referring to religion; replace with "nonbeliever")
^Slave (replace whenever possible with "enslaved person") [again, what's the difference?]
^Sufferer of cerebral palsy (banned as offensive; replace with "person who has loss of muscle control") [why aren't we suppose to use the medical term?]
^Tomboy (banned as sexist) [um, no. I'm a Tomboy]
And here it is, the crowning glory:
^Snowman (banned; replace with "snow person")
Excuse me Diane Ravitch (author of THE LANGUAGE POLICE which all these terms are excerpted from) but I think you have way too much free time on your hands dearie and need to get out in the real world more.

Celtic music totally rocks!!
Dan is completely bloody awesome! So is Scott!
What? Who are these people? Why, they are the fiddler and bagpiper (respectively) for 7 Nations. I could care less about the lead singer (can't even remember his name) because it is Dan and Scott that make the band.
And Dan has the greatest smile. How do I know this? Because when F. C. and I shouted out "We love you Dan!!!" he got the most beautiful smile on his face for a good ten minutes.
Yeah, I went to the 7 Nations concert on Tuesday. Got free tickets because I was part of the pre-concert entertainment. Took F. C. as my guest and Peck took the Bowie-ite since her friend was unable to come so I was able to chill and listen to some awesome slip jigs and reels. Oh yeah, and Dan does step dancing so that was greatness too.
What else is new? Monday I tripped on air and busted my hands open on the street and on Tuesday I re-opened the wounds because I was clapping so hard at the concert. However my right hand is mostly healed so I shall be able to actually hold my foil tonight. Oh, and it's not spelled "epay" but "epee." So from now on he shall be either Epee or Homebody (so dubbed by Bowie-ite who met him last week and they just hit it off.)
"The penguin on your television set will now explode."

Just to say something since I have access to the computer
Well, nothing too much exciting going on at the moment.
Going to spend most of my day babysitting tomorrow. Going to help move furniture on Saturday. Going to finally see SPIDERMAN 2 on Sunday (we have a theatre at my college and it's Free!)
Currently not raining but it was earlier...curtesy of Hurrican Ivan.
On my English class: the professor is good and teaches the class well, my classmates are cool. I just don't like the subject matter. I do not like writing essays. I'd much rather be working on creative writing or studing literature.
I've got fencing tonight and that's making me happy. Bowie-ite says he's coming to come to my house and come with me so he can finally meet these people that I've been talking about incessantly.
Finished my drawing of Epay, makes me happy. Pretty blue eyes. Need to get somebody else's picture to work on now. *whee* Fun stuff.
Think that's all from my world at this moment, that I can think of. Need to write in my journal for religion class and really need to study my Latin so that I don't flunk this next quiz. *sigh* On with life! *smile*

Finally saw all of COWBOY BEBOP!!
Oh my gosh that last episode was so incrediably amazing.
"Bang."
Yeah, so basically Sunday I spent all day watching the last four episodes. So, now I can return the DVDs to Bowie-ite and start working on all the other films I'm borrowing.
My theatre class is wonderful. Defiantely has got to be my favorite class thus far. At least in the break away groups. This and my religion class. Totally rocks.
Maaaannnn...I don't want to go to English. *blargh*
Working on another drawing, so fun stuff. Driving myself insane striving for perfection. Thrillsville, although I'm satisfied with it so far (I've got the eyes and the eyebrows.)
*hmmm* I think that's all for now. So, I'll just go now.
Cheers!

Since the last time I posted I recieved a marriage proposal
And you all sit up, blink, and go "WHAT?!"
*hee hee*
Right, so last Thursday was fencing. After class I'm chatting with a friend of mine *hmmm, thinks of a nickname* let's call him Epay (why? because I don't know how to spell it and that's how it's pronounced.) He was saying something, being down on himself and what not so I go:
"Bollox."
"Did you just say 'bollox'?"
"Yeah."
"Will you marry me?"
Needless to say, I was more than slightly taken aback and (for a period of about thirty seconds) was speechless.
Turns out he had Never Ever heard another person use that terminology before. *laughter*
So that was my interesting tid bit from last week. Gave me a laugh. Of course, he was saying it in jest.
So, what else has happened? Went to the lake over the weekend and spent two days chopping down bushes with a mechette. Also shimmied up a dogwood tree to saw off a limb, that was an interesting experience. Needless to say, I've got sore muscles that I didn't know I possessed. Monday did nothing but chilled. Went over to Super Ego's house to watch some stand up comedy that Bowie-ite recorded and enjoyed seeing Id again. Nothing exciting, but a good way to relax after a weekend of yard work.
Today's gone well so far. Absolutely love my theater class. At least, the break away group. Awesomeness.
Well, that's all for now.

*hmmm*
So...right. I've come to the realization that I don't know who I am. I don't know my purpose in life. I don't even know what my trials and suffering are suppose to be. *she types while balancing a frisbee on her head, smiling, while 24 and Boy look on*
Yeah, so I was asked what my cross was at Bible study last night and it came to me that yeah, I have no idea what's going on. I'm sorta in limbo at the moment.
There are some things that are going on with me that some people know and others have no clue about. Things that I should be consentrating on, but instead...
Why am I here?
Why can't I live up to my parents expectations?
Why do I continue to exist at all?
You know, the depressing thoughts. Sam and Fred really didn't like me acting like that, so I actually Didn't ever go into a really big funk the whole time. And then I busted out some Relient K and started singing along and felt much better.
So, now I'm mostly back to my old self with a little bit of an older self left over from middle school days to help me along. *wheeee*
So, that was me for the past two days and felt better yesterday.
I started tearing up some old love letters and I'm going to burn them the next chance I get. Fire! *manic, insane laughter* But yeah, took the guys picture off my mirror, threw away some stuff, and I'm going to delete the e-mails over the next couple of days. Then I will be clean and only have the memory of our friendship. *contented sigh* This would be the Plaid Avenger/the Plaid One for any of those who are interested so you don't have to ask me.
Okay! Window pane thought for the month:
"Just a thought:
Stories don't ever Conclude.
-Nobody."
So, I'm just going to get off and chill now. Working on another short story that I hope to finish.
Oh, good quote from 24 just now:
"She's like a literary chipmunk you know? ... Seriously you're a literary chipmunk because you stock pile books and never get around to reading 'em." And yes, that was about me. TTYL
Cheers

Heeelllloooo all you happy peoples!
Yeah, so I have nothing really much to say. I ran into a stranger twice! In the same day! And he recognized me from my church and I have ab-so-lute-ly no earthly inkling of an idea about who he is. Needless to say, I find that slightly annoying...because he recognized me and I don't have any idea, any smattering of recognition of him.
In other news...
um....
nothing.
Sam - "She's going crazy."
Fred - "Into a looney bin."
Shut-up guys.
Sam - *heee* "You know you love us."
Fred - *winning smile*
Whatever.
Sam - "So, yeah. Irish has nothing really to say at the moment and just wanted to get on because she can even though she won't really be commenting on anybody's site today although she has gone and read them so don't y'all go thinking that she's ignoring you."
Fred - "And now he breaths."
Sam - "So yeah, and we're up here because she's just talking away with 24 and chillin' using Boy's computer, the way it most likely will be from now on and not wanting to go to English calss because she hates writing essays."
Fred - "I'm going to go eat something."
Sam - "Hey! Good idea!"
Riiiiiiight. Yeah, my goblins have been rambuncious lately. So, yeah, I've been fine and dandy lately. Can't really think of anything else to say...
'Til next time.
