"Do you believe in heaven above / Do you believe in love?"
"Send Me an Angel" - Thrice
(todays song-which-is-stuck-in-my-head [although I didn't wake up singing it])
********
Thus the man passed his days in obscurity. Until the time finally came for his potential to be achieved.
On this particular day the man woke up and looked out the window. The sun was only just coming over the horizon and the breeze ruffled the trees as lightly as a mother stroking her baby's back. Inside his house, the light was gently creeping along the floor. Tentitively it wriggled its fingers along the bare floor. Oh so slowly it eventually made its way across the room and to the opposing wall.
The man sat up and scowled. The light revealed only bare walls, bare table, bare dresser, the closet door, the door from the room, and his bed.
'My life,' the man thought, 'has now accumulated to nothing more than the non-existant dust on the floor and my clothing.'
Still scowling, the man swung out of bed. He pulled on some clothes and dug his hat and boots from under his bed. Then he proceeded to take an old, worn knapsack from the closet, roll up a warm blanket, get out two pairs of clothes and stuff it all in the bag. Placing the hat firmly on his head he left his room never to return. He paused only long enough to take some food from the kitchen.
Thus, the name he used to be called and the town he came from has been lost to antiquity. And this, my friends, is where we enter the tale and the everything begins.

Oh, feel the creative juices flowing. Interesting fella, eh? Hmmm, I should probably see how all my other little people are doing. Who knows who knows. Certainly not me.
Have fun little children, don't cause too much trouble. Stay insane.
