So, I'm sitting here in my suede medieval boots, black trews, black sword shirt, brown belt, brown arm bands, and my hair down
And the thought hits me. Today is Senior Awards Night. This means I'm fixin to be $250 richer. Today was my last exam. Today is my is my last day of school. And "holy diplomas Batman!" (sorry, couldn't help myself) I'm graduating in three days, if you include today. Oh my gosh, I am almost finished with my entire high school career. I am suddenly scared.

To think, the geek is graduating. I will soon be an adult (if only in age). I shall soon have the power...

Sorry, it is just so surreal at the moment. Here I am at the computer dressed like something out of a Salvatore novel fixin to leave behind my public school education.

Yes! I'm going be going to USC!! No, not the Other USC, the Real USC. The University of South Carolina established in 1801 home of the Gamecocks!!! The only college I've wanted to go to since I was two. No, I'm not joking and I'm not lying. (Not lying about my outfit either) I've wanted to go to USC since I could comprehend the words "going to school." Sad? I think not.

So, what are my plans for this summer? Let's see: house sit for my cousin, schedule orientation so I can get my classes ready, go to Greece, read, celebrat the 18th anniversary of one of the greatest movies ever made (LABYRINTH), work on my LABYRINTH fan fic, work on the story I started here oh-so-long-ago, work on my novels, write some more short stories, send more stuff off and try to get published, and chill with some friends. It would be really great to go to the anime convention in Atlanta this year. That reminds me, I'm going to need to figure out how to get in touch with a friend of mine whose web address I can't find, whose e-mail I don't have, whose number I don't have, and who is home schooled. Ah, complications, where would we be without them?

Hmmm, think I'm going to go read my (errr, Boy's actually, he's letting me borrow it, wonderful thing second hand bookstores) novelization of WILLOW.
