I get depressed too easily...
It's over they gayest dumbest things too. Like, the following emo writings, is about a boy... Dumb, ne?

Well, first off, it's been almost a month since Josh and I have kiss like, a real one, not a little peck type of thing. (Which we haven't done in like two weeks.) Second, it's been almost a month since our last date and the last time we've seen eachother other then school things. Third, we haven't speaked on the phone for more then fifteen minutes the past 2 weeks.

Then tonight, I was going to the movies with Duck and Megan. Josh couldn't go, because apparently his dad wouldn't let him... Even though I was on the phone with him, and he never asked. We saw the Grudge 2. I hate scary movies by the way.

So we're watching the movie, it gets scary, I see Duck and Megan cuddling and Duck had his arm around her. It made me feel left out because well, it's ben almost a month since I had that.

But the thing is, I know Josh loves me, and I love him. Just, sometimes I really don't think he shows it or cares sometimes. It pains me to say it, he's not that good of a boyfriend. I love, God knows I do, and I'm not saying I don't want to be with him anymore.

I'm just really confused about my emotions and shit right now. You know how girls get all emo at a certain time of the month? Well, this isn't that time for me.

I shouldn't be this way. I shouldn't care about a boy. It's just not right. I always do this with boyfriends. I question their true meaning with me, and I fuck it all up in the end.

I say I love you. Then I just can't let go of the person I said it too. Then, I'm afraid of commitment. So, I'm kind of stuck. I'm scared to let Josh get close to me, so I shut him out. Yet, I've told him I love him and I want him close to me.

I just really don't understand my logic behind this. The same thing happened with Zack, almost exactally the same, just for different reasons. You know how that relationship ended? A massive, over blown fight. It drug in my friends, and just about crushed everyone in it because of what was said. Since then, Zack and I haven't said a single word to eachother.

I don't want that to happen with Josh. Josh was one of my best friends before we went out. I don't want to end in a massive fight with him.

Am I worrying too much? No, I'm not worrying... I'm thinking too deeply into things.

Maybe I should shut up before I start saying I wanna end it with Josh... Which I don't.

I wish it was back a month ago. In the movies, where we had our first kiss. That was one of the best nights of my life... I want it back so badly, you have no clue...

Then I hear people with puppy names for eachother... We just call eachother Josh and Shelby... I dunno. I getting too girly. Even though, it is nice to hear someone other then your mom call you honey... Or compliment you.

I'm stopping before I make myself cry even more...

Animal testing sends animals to hell and back again...
People say they love their animals, but no one else's. How can you selectivly choose which animals to care about, and which ones you don't give a shit about? I see people pet, and love their animals, but when they see an animal that's not theirs, they could care less about it. Then, I show people pictures, videos, and sound clips that show people mistreating, testing, and abusing an animal's rights. Since when does species matter? You would kill a cat or dog, no problem. You're ending a life of something that lives, feels, loves, fears. Yet, when it comes to the death penalty, you oppose it? You would let an animal starve to it's death, why? It has feelings, just like you. Anyone who doesn't believe inserting some fucked up chemical into a helpless animal is an insane, selfish, dirtly little son of a bitch. Killing innocent animals and letting their already mingled corpses rot in the hot sun in massive piles sounds appealing to some. I just don't get it. It's a life these people are ending!! I don't think they realize that. It really pisses me off when people look at the pictures, watch the videos, hear the clips, and still say it's humaine what they are doing in Huntingdon Life Sciences? HLS is 100 million dollars in debt, has no banker or lawyer, they have NO stock holders, they don't even have a sign infront of their buildings saying "This place is HLS," and people support them? I just don't get it. This picture was taken after HLS tested on this dog... It is grafic...

http://www.huntingdonsucks.com/gallery/dognobra.gif

Look at that and tell me that's not inhumaine. I bet you can't, can you? HLS needs to be shut down. This place is inhumaine and cruel to innocent beings. They are torturing then murdering many of God's creations. You look on the news, and all you see is things about people and the bad things we're doing. You know why you don't see this on the news? It's too terrible and grafic for television. Think about this... Right now, as you sit here, on your computer, conferable, there is a puppy, locked in a cold cage, being fed little to nothing everyday, getting no water, and getting injected by chemicals every 3 hours... You wouldn't want to be that little puppy, would you? Why should an innocent puppy, who's only mistake was being born be condemned to this horrible fate of torture? Look at these images, and tell me you don't see how this is a horrible thing...

It just makes me sick seeing all this crap happening at HLS... It has to be stopped. HLS has to be shut down for the good of society. Remember this, an animal dies every 3 seconds in an EU lab. (Experimental Something... It's british, I don't know the translation.)

IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT AN HLS PROTEST, PLEASE TELL ME.
I never find out anything until the day of.

OH!
And for those of you who don't know, HLS is in Europe. I don't think there is one in the US, and if there is it's definatly not in distance of me...

Peace loves. :]

And the Grand Champion of the 2006 Lasalle contest is...
Guess?
DAMN RIGHT!
Boone County High School Rebel Brigade whoops ass at the Lasalle competition! We have ended a 2 year streak of no championships, and no reverve grand chapionships. You know why we won?

Sousas got their sexy on!

We shined them mo fos with that silver cream shiz. They were so freaking shiny, that when we stood behind them, we took the temrature. It was a whole 5 degrees hotter, because of the rays from the things.

So Mr. Webber almost got arrested. Apparently, theres some time ordinance thing, that no playing after 9... Wven though our performanece was at 9, and the exibition was at 920.... Hmmm...? Then after they say we won, we all go on the field and get ready to blast our brains out in an exibition type thing. The director from La Salle says he'll arrest DWebb if anyone plays one note. So Day plays and F and it goes all, BLASSSST! ... Webber didn't get arrested. But after we got off the field, LaSalle's drumline is playing and setting off fire works.

Sound Ordinance my ass.

So, for the first time in over 2 years, we win.

1st place goes to Boone County!!!
So yesterday at the Midstates Regionals, we got first place in prelims!!! A score of 77.6, the 2nd place band wa 72.3!! of the five judges, 4 put us in 1st, and 1 put us in 8th. Needless to say, the 8th place judge is the one who killed us in finals. We ended up loosing to tailess foxes and pole dancing color gaurd. 1st place in finals was Burbon county. The're prelims was a 67.56, they ended up as their final score ase 81 exactally. The average of prelims and finals is the final score. So, that means they would have had to have gotten about a 100 to get an 81. Which is about imposible. I think the highest DCI score was a 97? So obviously something was effed about the judges. Tony, a senior pit, say the Burbon county Director pay off the judges. So this whole compeition was rigged.

Our show is "The Music of Jekyll and Hyde" A judge said we needed Jekyll and Hyde on the field. Course, our show is the "music of..." not the "story off..." He deducted points on that in finals. Our finals score was a 73... We went down 4 points, even though Mr. Webber and some random band kid from another school said we were much much better in finals.

But still. The field had no yard lines when we went on. The dude that paints them didn't paint them after the band before us, even though he was supposed to. So basicall, we went my there Pit stuff was, and drum major podiums. There were no hash marks either.

But still, in the fair game/prelims, we got first.

That's all I care about.

:]

   Cancelled
We found out at the begining of todays rehearsal, that our competition in Danville (2 hours south of here), was cancelled due to well... Virtually no field. It monsooned last night all over Kentucky. We had to reschedule the football game to today at 12. (We're not playing :[). There were only two competitions in KY today. A Bands of America and one way down south. Both of them are in gymnasiums. So this really sucks. I wanted a competition! I got two Big Ol' Cans of Whoop Ass though! (Actually, only one. I chugged the other!) So. Today is a boring sleepy day. I need to get Josh a birthday present today. He turns fifteen Monday. So. I have $23, What should I get him? >.> I might go to the mall today with him and Chris to ride the Carousel. So. Yeah. Oh, in morning rehearsal today... I was playing a loud part, and I was tongin 8th notes like uber fast, and when you blast on a sousaphone, your lips feel like they're getting split in two. Well, today they actually did. I have a massive cut on my lip and my spit valve was leaking blood. :] Shooby's a beast. Then I fell on Duck's shoes when we were rehearsing in the Commons. We had our shoes off and did a concert arch inside becasue it was raining. Well Duck, Payne, Allison, and I took off our shoes. In the ballad, In His Eyes, we do a thing where feet go 2nd turned out, then 1/2 way through the left foot goes behind the right one and faces left sideline. Duck's shoes were right where my feet go on the second move, and I stepped in them and went "DOOSH!" I didn't fall just stumbled. lol.

Engish XP
So I gotta tell you what happened in English the other day, because everytime I think about it I can't stop laughing. Like right now I'm giggling (DORK!)... So... We had a sub and she was apparently married to Jerry Springer and live next dor to a murderer and gave him milk and cookies every morning or something like that. She was one of those slow readers. She's all taking like 6 minutes to say, "Ice is to Water as What is to What?" So she asked a question, It had something to do with some exerpt about some guy not doing a project or something I dunno because I didn't read it. The question was something like, "What was Pedro's feelings towards Julio at the end of the passage?" Trent take and slams his hand on my desk and basically screams, "GAY!" And Alex, him, and I start cracking up, we get a wierd look from teh teacher. She goes, "I'm sorry, is there a problem with Pedro's feelings towards Julio or something?" Alex says no and the teacher ignores us the rest of the class because we kept screaming "GAY!" after every question... We had an immature moment. But really, it was hilarious. You had to be there to understand it in it's entirity.

Contest for the Rebel Brigade!
So, preliminaries... SUCKED. We got third in our class, out of 4 other bands in our class. (we are open class, AAAA, or AAAAA, just depends where we go).

So we made finals, and drew third to last. We went after GRC, which is the Lafayette of that competition. (Lafayette is impeciblely amazing, by the way... "Pride of the Bluegrass Band")

We got 4th over all in finals, 3rd runner up.

Since we didn't get first, I don't get to see Duck in my pink lacy bra... T___T lol.

Shooby is tired. 6 am - 12 am, such a long day.
