FOR NARUTO LOVERS
I recently found out about Ranmaru. Ranmaru was a character in one of the naruto anime fillers, and he posses a very kewl kekkei genkai simialar to the byakugan, but much more powerful. It gives him the ability to see through solid objects, create illusions using the chakra circulatory systems, and dirupt the byakugan. There are also much more defined powers for his vision. In my opinion this would make for a great match if he fought Neji.
