hmm

	Well, nothing really happened today. I was supposed to hang out with my friend Sarah but just really wasn't in the mood too. I feel kinda bad, she keeps calling to hang out before she heads to college this fall, but I always end up cancelling. I pretty much just ended up cleaning. Though at one point someone called my cell phone and the caller ID said "Private Number" so I picked it up. I hear "You have seven days to live." *click* I was sure it was my friend April so I sent her a text message later and she said "LoL *cough* no *cough* why would you ask that??" XD I read the last chapter of volume 6 of the Wallflower last night, and now I *so* need the next one! XD I just wish there was some place closer I could buy them, it's an hour drive to the mall that has a Borders. (and its the closest mall except the one in Canada) And come to mention it, I've never been to the mall just across the border. I live right on the St. Lawrence river in New York, so I can literally see Canada from my front yard. It's maybe a twenty minute drive,(2 to the bridge, 2 across the bridge, and maybe 15 to the mall once you're in Canada) much closer than any other decent malls... I should get my mom to take me there sometime. ^^ I've heard it's easier to find anime and manga in Canada because of some laws or something. x3 Teehee Random Question What's on your mousepad? bleh

	Well today sucked, but I've already told LiquidSilver all about and don't care to tell it all again. It was nothing major lol, just some stupid rumors and crap. Anyway, I'm really excited about my cat, Twinkie, being pregnant. She got outside and came home after sowing her wild oats with some stray kitties. o_o; A little over a year ago she got pregnant by her own brother, and had 4 kittens who were all healthy and adorable, and Siamese. ^^ But since we have no idea who the father was this time, I'm excited to see what the kittens will look like. They could turn out black or orange or tabby or white or spotted or grey or fluffy or half-rabbit or *rambles* Okay, well cabbits are only possible in a laboratory, but anyway, I am totally excited. ^^ Poor Twinkie is so fat she can hardly jump anymore. I'm really tired and kinda stressed out, I think I'm going to go read the last chapter of The Wallflower, volume 6. I've been saving it for a rainy day and today is one of those days. Random Question If you were a fruit, what would you be? I think I would be a strawberry, because they're just so odd (only fruit with seeds on the outside!) and they're sweet yet sour.

free iPod *.*

	So yesterday I went around with my friend April to look for jobs. XD She just got her driver's liscence so we went all over the place together, I filled out three applications. ^^ There really aren't that many places to work around here, and at alot of places you have to be 18. I would totally love to get hired at Kinney Drugs (it's a local chain of drugstores) because every other place involves preparing food. Plus I know some of the kids who work there and stuff so it'd be fun I think. Anyway, April went to make a hair appointment and they said they could cut her hair right then. So I'm standing there and April is getting her hair thinned and stuff and we were chatting and stuff, and she said my name and the stylist is like. "OMG You're Beth!" and she hugged me and I'm like "Oh yeah hi!" and thinking 'Lady, stop touching me...' I knew the hair stylist like ten years ago, she was my sunday school teacher. When I was 7, she messed up my hair and my mom hated her after that. It was funny though I found out that if I sign up for a Student Checking account with Key Bank, I can get a free iPod shuffle, a debit card and once I'm 18, a credit card. I am SO getting it if I get a job, it would definitely be handy for online shopping and stuff. I'm pretty sure it's like a national chain or something so you can check out Key.com to see the offer. My pregnant kitty is *so* fat. She's gonna pop. XD Later~

Happy 4th of July ^_^

	So, I'm here at my grandparents' apartment after having a picnic with them and stuff earlier today. It was fun I guess, though I totally lost at croquet. I lost to my parents, my grandma, some old lady, and my seven year old brother. Yeah, he's seven, and he came in 3rd place! I was 6th, aka LAST. -_-;; LoL, it was still fun though, and I got to use the black mallet and ball. x3 Dad kept calling me goth. 0_o;; Then we played horseshoes... I actually did okay, I got a ringer. ^_^ But then we left the house we were at (we were at this old lady's house who lets us use her big yard) and came back to my grandparents' apartment. All the adults are playing cards, except my grandpa who is right behind me watching a baseball game on the TV right next to me. XD Last night we went to see fireworks in a town close to my own, and it was kinda fun. It was a really nice display, but I wish I could've run into someone I knew or something; I spent most of my time sitting in my car listening to Flyleaf. On the way home after we got past most of the thick traffic, we were going down the highway and the traffic for the next several miles was stop and go. The cops had set up a sobriety checkpoint and so it took us over an hour to make a drive that normally takes 10-15 minutes. An hour, just to hear "Sir have you been drinking tonight? Is there any alchohol in the vehicle? How old is the child sitting in the back middle? Thank you, have a nice night." My dad could've been smart and turned onto a side road right when the traffic slowed down, driven past my crush's house(^_^) and then gotten back onto the highway and bypass the traffic, but he didn't think it'd take nearly as long as it did. Oh well, it was fun, I kept saying things in Spanish and my dad would make up his own messed up translation. Well thats enough from me. x3 TTYL!

   *phew*

	After like 2 hours of editing pictures and getting advice from LiquidSilver, my new layout is finally up! =D If you can't tell, it's Sailor Moon. ^.^ Now I think I'm gonna go pass out, it's 5am on July 4th. 0_0;; But just a quick question; what color should I make my links? The yellow looks okay on the sidebar, but it doesn't works so well against the light blue background. Any suggestions?

	Just updated my layout, at least I've got a basic idea but it looks like a flamin pile of super crap right now... I hope the colors dont burn anyone's eyes out. I'll fix it up tonight or tomorrow and change the bg and stuff.

It's a new fad..

	Well, I've started this new thing, where you can adopt a Ploofie. Yup, a Ploofie. It's like a bunny, but it has no front legs/arms, and big feet and ears. They're very floppy, and if they tip over they have trouble getting back up. XD Basically, I create the images on my computer and then if anyone wants one, I send them a list of whatever ones I have available. It's not like you get to pick your own colors or anything, you have to pick from what I give you. (or if you don't like any of them you can just check back later) You can see my website for more information on Ploofies. 	okay, this is kinda a continuation of my last post. My mom came in so I just put 'more later' and added it quickly because I didnt want her getting nosy. So here I am at 2am trying to finish my homework, just feeling blah. A few weeks ago I was telling myself that with my awesome grades, I can do anything I want. But now I just feel like even if I'm good I'll never be the best. There's always someone better than me at everything, and it never used to be that way. At my old school, I was always valedictorian, I had like a 98 GPA in elementary. Then I homeschooled, and I was the oldest kid. I was the big sister, the one who always helped everyone else because I knew everything. But now, I'm not. Going to public school made me realize that I'm just a good kid with good grades. The guy I like has a lower GPA than me by like 2 points, but he actually knows what he's doing with his life. He's pre-accepted to one of the top colleges in the country to be a marine zoologist. And, he's the starting catcher on the baseball team, and our team is one of the best. What do I have? Well, I can draw pretty well, that won't get me far. My great aunt got a degree in art, and she was like amazing, but never got a job in art and ended up living on minimum wage. And now, I just feel stupid. Because somehow I feel like I should be happy that I actually have a chance to do something with my life, because I know so many people are doomed to a life of flipping burgers and living in a trailer park. I just wish I knew what I was doing.

blah

	wow, been awhile since I've been around, eh? Liquidsilver reminded me to get on, and I've been needing to blog so here I am. So, for the past few days, my kick ace weekend just ended up making me feel bad. Friday night - Teen Dance at the American Legion. Well, it was fun at the time I guess. My ex-boyfriend Kyle was there. *shudder* His hair has gotten so long, he looks like Jessica Simpson. XDDD And apparently, he was totally drunk, but I didn't notice . 0_o He's always a total moron so yeah he seemed like his normal stupid self... My uber-hot crush wasnt there either, and I was told he would be there. *tear* Saturday night - Party/Sleepover at April's house. Not as much fun as her last party. :/ Her aunt (who she lives with) was being a total bitch and basically wanted us to keep everything PG. I got in trouble for swearing, even though I've heard her say the same exact things before. Also, there were 3 totally freaking gross guys there who I absolutely hate, and they spent the night. O.O They were in another part of the house overnight but it kinda dampened the mood. Oh, there was no good food either... her aunt didnt order pizza or buy soda or anything. -_-; I mean, it was fun, but not as much as it coulda been. Sunday night - painting a room at church. Okay, my dad was going to church at 6 for a meeting thing which was when I was supposed to be there for my youth group to paint our room. So I took a nap and asked him to make sure I woke up and went with him. Well, I woke up at 6:15 and found he left without me, didnt even think about waking me up or anything. -___- So I got my painting clothes on and walked over (fortunately its only 2 blocks) and when I got there, they had already almost finished the 3rd wall. And it looked horrid! Each wall was a different color, but the only one that turned out good was the pink/peach wall. The yellow wall was all uneven and blotchy because the old blue color was showing through. The purple and green walls ran out of paint before we were finished, and Amy (our leader/teacher) got the wrong type of paint for some of the colors. So basically she had no idea what she was doing and just figured "Oh, thats a nice color. *.* Lets buy it and not check to see if we're getting the right thing." I still have paint in my hair and all over my arms. But then Rachel invited me to spend the night, which was just boring. This morning we watched her siblings, ran around in our bare feet in the yard, and did next to nothing. They invited me to go to the beach with them, but I haven't even gotten a bathing suit for this summer yet and I have no idea what happened to the one I had last year. So now after all of this, I'm feeling emo. Not quite sure why... it could be that after hanging out with all of my friends I realized that about the only thing I can do right is burn an awesome dance CD. Except I can't dance all that well, unlike 90% of my friends, so I gave up even trying. I'm just not that good at much. more later
