I just totally killed my layout.
I thought "oh yeah, piece of cake" then it ended up being more complicated than i thought. the bg is supposed to be fixed to the bottom right corner, and these tables are supposed to have scrollboxes. It's late, I'll fix it tomorrow hopefully. if anyone has any tips on how to adjust my bg, i'll love you forever. xD
