   Checking in again
Lol I told myself I'd start posting regularly again and then I forget to for a couple of weeks.

Anyway my piano practice has been up lately with the threat of my teacher coming back from vacation.

I've learned half of D.N. Angel's beginning theme song True Light(piano version) and a bit of FFVII's Main Theme.

About July 4 (long time ago) My father lit a 16-shot firework launcher and everytime it shot a rocket into the air the box tilted towards the crowded little by little....eventually the box fell over and aimed at the group of parents and started shooting.

A giant wave of green sparks came hurling towards the crowd and everyone scattered.

There were few injuries however.

....that was fun.

Anyways besides that nothing much has been happening.

Oh yeah and during the last visit my friends made I got a chance to fence Himura. I've fought him before but this time he was especially intimidating...

I look forward to fighting him again...I will be more cautious next time.

Speaking of fencing and such I've just finished reading Go Rin no Sho (the Book of Five Rings) by Miyamoto Musashi. It's a a guide to strategics focusing on the use of the longsword but the strategies explained in that book has made it a must-read for every Japanese business man.

Things explained in the book can not only be applied to the longsword but can be used as a guide to suceed in anything.

I'll tell more about it next post.

   Grrr......
I was supposed to take my green belt test for sword yesterday however my father canceled it becuase he had to take us somewhere that day....

I'm gonna take it tomorrow then.....I hope...

   RuneScape and such
Over the past week my father and I have been making several pieces of furniture for my sister. Her bedframe and desk are finished and just need to be painted.

Other than that nothing much has been happening. I've been playing an online RPG called RuneScape for about 3 months now. Just now I've realized no mention of it was made on this site so here goes...

RuneScape is an online RPG with no actually goal in the game. You can chose to do many things and are able to lvl up your fighting or merchanting skills building up lvls and money as you move along.

If you're bored with a lot of spare time, it can be a very addicting game which I believe is fueled somewhat by players' greed for money and power.

Everybody there is either really mean or really nice. Pkers "player killers like in .hack//SIGN) are mean.....but that's common sense.

   The Kenshin Animation
The animation at the top of the page was somthing I had there since my site first opened.

Originally the source came from a Akai Kitsune's site, however during the last string of updates my HTML code in the introduction got screwed up and I lost the source for the animation.

The problem was....while trying to fix the code I accidentally lost the source and was no longer about to find the animation from Akai Kitsune's page therefore forcing me to get it from Gpetz.

I'm not in any way affiliated with Akai Kitsune's site and I doubt that the Kenshin animation still exists there but for some reason I find it appropriate to have a link to send you there...I dunno why. So....

   Sword testing
Both my sister and myself will be testing for our first rank belt on Monday. We both take Shinjo-ryu Iaijutsu.

An interesting piece of knowledge would be that "Shinjo" not only means "Assistance from the gods" but also "fish cake".

   I'm back
Like the entry suggests, I'm back. A lot has happened since my subtle dissappearance.

The unexpected entry of the life of another....a significant other....has caused a lot of complications.

Now that I look back on it I'm starting to doubt that her company was worth the complications and pain.

However...I have to admit that I still grieve the loss of her.

Now, once again, emptied of any emotion (or at least any expressed in public) I restart this trek through life.

Through the summer I will wait.....left alone with distant memories of when we were together, waiting for another school year to start. Another year of work to preoccupy myself.

To restart life again with such a lost is overwhelming. Maybe it's not as bad as what I think, however it's still a significant lost in terms of what I've experienced before and what I put into it.

To put so much trust into a single person, and then have that person break you.....I think that would be a major loss.

This is my reconstruction I think...sarcasticly. I start with fixing up this site once again.
