Due to all the changes in MyOtaku there is a lot of screwed up stuff in my site. I'm just putting this post here to tell all of you that I'm aware of the broken links and such and I will fix them as soon as Adam stops changing stuff around and when I find time to work with my account.

Time now is 10:34 est. time. I'm working on this project for History Class right now...have to make a model of a Civil War ironclad out of foam. My room floor is covered in it now....gotta get back to work. I need to get up early tomorrow to play at an elementary school to recruit new students

   Hey...
It's been another long while since I've posted. School should be over in less than a month now. We're going through all the paperwork and registration needed to start high school.

A lot has been happening and I can write about it but don't really see the point in it other than letting people truely or, more often, falsely sympathize with me. I don't want any advice, either...too many weird people out there to take advice from the net. I got a Jesus fanatic once partly telling me a bit about his religion and how to use it to solve all my problems and partly.....mostly....advertising it to me...this is why I dislike them (the fanatics who don't respect other people and don't leave other people's culture and religion alone)

Well....this has once again been a longer post than I meant for it to be....I think I've wasted enough of my homework time here.

   tired...
Just got back from a field trip today. We went to Disney Quest and Cirque de Soleil. It was all fun. I bought some nice souveniers and had a good lunch.

Nothing more to talk about. Practice tommorrow. I'm looking forward to getting impaled again.

   Hmm....
Nothing much has been happening lately. The next sword practice will be held this Saturday at Aduial's house. The movie is moving along kinda slowly now. The making of the hakamas will be postponed for a while. My mother just had surgery today and will be in bed for a while.

Writing the script has stopped, too. The next events that will be written for the movie will be determined by the people who play the part but we currently haven't assigned parts so I won't be able to write anymore until someone takes the part and decides what will happen.

Just to give an idea of who's involved in this movie I'll give the names of the people on the Otaku who are in this:

   Catching up
Like I said in my last post a lot of things have passed. I'll just write about what was missed in one big post to get rid of it all at a time.

First on the subject is the movie still in production. Practices are still being held. All of the actors have seen sufficient combat experience against one another. Some have great control over their bokken (wooden sword we practice with). I'm very happy about how well they learned in such a short while.

Others, however, merely muscle it and swing without much control. They're getting better though, some faster than others but I'm still afraid someone'll get hit in the jaw or something. I'm pretty sure that if I'm sparring with one of them and suddenly stop blocking, they won't be able to stop in time to prevent me from getting hit.

While sparring one should be able to stop their attack in time to prevent injury to another in case somebody stops fighting for one reason or another.

Anyway...

Materials for the costumes have been purchased. Now it's just a matter of making them. We'll have enough hakamas (really, really, really baggy pants used to cover your footwork while fighting. Kenshin in the animation is wearing one) I think we're short gi's, though (the shirt-jacket-thingy).

The script was completely rewritten. This time I've decided to only do a basic outline of crucial events in the movie in order for the actors to flex the movie as they like. This should make the movie more original and fun to act while still keeping the basic plot.

Why I rewrote the script is because it turns out that there aren't enough actors to run the movie so I wrote a smaller one. The movie is no longer titled "The 47 Ronin". I've switched it over to a temporary name until one of my friends or I can think of a better name. I guess it'll just be determined by how the movie turns out...

Moving away from the movie issue, Izzu and I might be going to Virginia Beach, Virginia for the annual Juko-kai sword clinic. It's a 15-hour drive there and costs $135.00 plus hotel and food expenses but it's all in the name of perfecting sword techniques and learning new ones. I also heard of a guy from our doujo who went to the clinic two years earlier and got promoted right on the spot...

Moving away from the sword altogether...the past month has been an emotional rollercoaster...it's amazing what one person can do to you...hehe...depression, regret, sadness, confusion, insecurity... and then happiness, love, hope......I should stop now. lol. Life seems to have taken new turn and I like what I see. It's been a while since my last update. A lot has happened since...too much to tell in one post. It's difficult to explain everything...or maybe I'd just rather not explain for everybody to read...I don't know.

I'm just really writing again to tell everybody that I'm not dead that I didn't forget about my site.

I've changed my love test quiz result...some things took place between this and the last update that changed a lot of my answers in that test...and the quiz result itself, too

I'll be adding another post soon, hopefully.

:::energetic sigh::: Well! Practice went okay today! Not considering the fact I got hit in the jaw lol. I got him back as far as I can remember, though.
This one didn't go as well as the first one we ever had, though. It was hot, sort of. I was hoping it would rain again. I like the feel of it. Fighting seems to have more of an urgency when I fight in the rain.

....have to go finish my homework.....
