 You Guessed It...
Not much going on in my life now except Brian and the final exams. On to Brain! Yesterday, he got down on one knee, held out an Altoids box, and there was this little ring made out of paper in it! It was so sweet. He made this little joke, 'This is the best I could afford on a Marine's salary,' and I put it on my finger. (He wants to be in the Marines when he grows up) he little ring was so sweet! He even asked my permission to be in the Marines when we grow up, and I said sure. So today, I sit with him at lunch, and he asked for my number. He's gonna call me this weekend, he says! He also said that he and his dad are going to do some metal shop things, and he'll make me a real ring. *melt*
Well, I'm sure you all are so sick of Brian by now ^_^ Ok, school stuff. I have this English paper to type on ethics, and I decided I won't cheat... it's not like I need to anyway, I have a 96% in his class. Today in English, Mr. harrison spent the whole time talking about Soul Plane, black stereotypes, and celebrities who are fake. He was talking about black celebrities who live in these big mansions in LA but still talk like they're from 'the hood' and in their music videos taking place in said 'hood.' He also talked about TV, and how on 'The Real World' was so unreal because they always had one gay guy, one black guy, one ingnorant southern white guy, etc. The whole class period was pretty fun. Harrison was doing impressions, and when he said Jay-Z compared himself to Denzel Washington, he went on for maybe five minutes about that, he was so outraged. He was saying, 'No, don't ever compare yourself to Denzel Washington, Jay-Z!' a lot. Man, that period was so fun.
My cat, Rocky, bit me yesterday! Both my cats are on diets because they are so fat, and it was in the middle of their two feeding times. He was all meowing in front of the closet where their food is kept, and I nuzzled his head and then he bit me! It was the first time in maybe two years. I washed it and put on a bandaid... good thing Rocky is a housecat.
I am currently obsessed with www.go-gaia.com. It's an anime roleplaying community where you design your own avatar for the forums, then dress them by buying them clothes and you get gold by posting things at the forum, among other things.  Happy About a Breakup
Apparantly, Brian and Katie had been going out for four days and she broke up with him. Today I went to lunch and he was the only one there. I asked him where everyone else went, and he said somewhere else. I was late to lunch because I had to go in for physics because she graded my test wrong. Anyway, we were talking and he said Katie broke up with him. We talked about some things. Towards the end, he asked me to marry him again, and I said yes (this 'will you marry me' thing is a little inside joke between us) and we decided that I will get a job to feed our family. It was pretty funny. When the bell rang, he said we would talk about our future house tomorrow. Good times, good times. And Katie didn't come by at lunch today, like she did in the last four days or so. Soon, Brain will be all mine.... (evil laugh)
I have an English essay to write about 'ethics.' Give me a break. This may be a time to go to cheathouse.com again. Man, that site has saved me before. I guess my ethics are so low that I don't really care about getting away with cheating. Ha. Ha.

 Oh, Brian...
Well, today Brain asked out Katie. My friend Katie. My crush Brian. She said yes. Life is bad for Misao... I'm gonna listen to some Slipknot after I type this post.
Yeah, the high school assessments are this week. I had Geometry today, I have English tomorrow, but I get to sleep late and come into school late because on Wed, Thur, and Fri, I'm not in the classes that have assessments. That's one good thing though. The Geometry assessment was pretty easy, and English has always been an easy subject for me. Wait till next year when I have the Biology and Government assessments... *sigh*
And my mom said I can defiantly take guitar over the summer instead of the 'maybe' from before. That's good too. She says if I stop practicing my clarinet though, I can say goodbye to the guitar. I don't practice that much anyway on clarinet... but now she might notice that... naw, I'll practice my clarinet enough. I'll just play my guitar more ^_^
I just downloaded some Slipknot music a few days ago. Man, 'Wait and Bleed' is such the best song. You all gotta hear it! What's up with their maska, though? Corey seems like he'd be hot under it, but I dunno.
Byron had the first Fooly Cooly manga today in History. I snatched it and read the whole thing. Man, that manga is weird. But I still love it ^_^
Yuu Watase, my favorite mangaka, has a new manga coming out soon! And this one has no magic. Its about this average girl in this snooty high school, and she starts a gardening club to meet guys. Maybe in Japan, that would work... But it's a Yuu Watase thing, so it's bound to be good. It's called Imadaka or Imidaki or something like that... it starts with an 'I,' I can tell ya that! If anyone has any more info on it, feel free to reply!

 Controversial Videos
Today on MTV2 I saw this special that was the twenty most controversial music videos. It was pretty great, but if my parents knew I was watching it, I probably would have gottn grounded again. The nummber one most controversial video was 'Smack my Bitch Up' by Prodigy. It was such an awesome video, but I can totally see why it was the number one video. It starts out in someoen's apartment, but you can't see who it is... you know, the camera is kinda like their viewpoint, and it walks around and see what the person sees, like the video is being shot through their eyes. So this guy goes to this club, and there's alcohol and drug abouse throughout, andthe guy is grabbing at these girl's boobs and crotches, and smacks them down on the floor and stuff. Then the guy goes into the mens room and throws up. This girl goes to the guy's apartment, gets smacked around, then leaves, and the last shot is in the mirror, when you finally see what the main character the camera was following through their eyes looks like. It was a girl! You assume this whole time, it was a guy, but it was actually a chick. I thought that was genius, and really good. Despite the controversy, that video was really good. I want to see it again! That song 'Closer' by the Nine Inch nails was there. Number four, I think. I love that song. It was my first time seeing the video, and it was so awesome! I don't feel like describing it so... on to a different topic!
As it turns out, my friend Katie like Brian too. She came by us at lunch on Friday, and was talking to Brian, and Erik told him Katie liked him. Brian was all like, 'Oh. Uh...' I didn't think he liked her back. (yay!) Indunil and I were stalking him, and then he chased me down the hall, and that was pretty fun. BUt Katie is much more outgoing than me, and I wonder what'll happen next...
Indunil and I saw Shrek 2 today. It was pretty funny. That cat played by Antonio Banderas was just too adorable!
For those who live in the Washington DC area, you'll know all abou the HFStival. I couldn't go this year. It was today. Thirty bands were there. I wanted to go SO BADLY!!!

 Brian Update!
There was an art show in my school today, so everyone who was in an art class submitted something to it and the art is hanging up all over the halls in one side of the school. Unfortunantly, I'm in band... maybe I'll be in an art class in a later year. Anyway, I went during the last period, and Brian was there. We hung out in some art room and talked for maybe twenty minutes, and he showed me his drawings. Five minutes before the last bell rang, we walked to our busses together. Major sparks were definantly flying, I knew we could both feel it ^_^ Brian's very interesting to listen to, and he's blind in one eye, so one of his eyes is always looking off to the side... it's pretty cute ^_^ Misao will snag a boyfriend finally...
Today in gym, we played volleyball. Kayoung, Blake, Nicole, Blair, and I formed a team and we played this other team of preps -_- But Blake dove for the ball when it was headed her way, and she really hurt her ankle. She had to limp across the gym to tell the teacher, then limp all the way back to get to the healthroom. I felt bad for Blake, she's really nice. When I was on the bus, I saw her walking home and she had a big bandage on her ankle and was limping really bad. I hope you feel better, Blake!
Well, my fake tan wore off in two days after I applied it. Huh. I went pale for about a week, but I just reapplied it. Putting it on is a real pain in the ass, and I have to do it in just my panties, and some parts of me are tanner than others, and my legs are all splotchy -_- Hopefully, it will even out when I put more on the paler areas...
In band, we had rehearsel on the stage. We never had seating charts, so Christian is first chair, but he really deserves it because he is uber good, his little friend is seated in the second chair but his friend is awful and doesn't even play when we have to hold a note or a hard part comes up. I was next to Christian's friend, the third chair in the second row, even though I'm the second best clarinet there. I'm serious, besides Christian and me, ALL the other clarinets suck big ass. Good thing I'm moving up to Symphonic band next year. I should have been in this year. Anyway, on rehearsal on stage, Silverbook told this girl in the second row to take my seat in the first row, and there was no room for me when I came a minute later. Silverbook told me to take a spot in the second row. I was so mad at him! Me and Kayoung 'yelled' at him after rehearsal, and he said he was testing something out and that they'll 'make room' for me in the first row. And Adam, perhaps the worst carinet, insists on playing first part, so there's five firsts, one second, and two thirds. It should be just me and Christian on first, but due to people like Adam and the sharing of music, there are five firsts. Silverbook is really screwing up the band. *Sigh....*
On the subject of band, our spring concert is tomorrow. We suck. Don't come.
I might take guitar lessons this summer! I really want to play it, I love the sound, and pretty much nothing is happening with me over the summer except I'm taking Health over the summer so I don't have to waste a semester of school doing it. My mom was hesitant when I asked, but I'm pretty sure she's going to say yes ^_^
On the last day of school, I'm gonna give Brian my number and tell him to call me, and that I'd like to do something this summer with him. The the ball would be in his court, if you pardon the bad cliche. Maybe we'll get together. Oh man, I really want a boyfriend!
And I guess I'll start my book this summer. Or finally take those Japanese lessons. Or maybe both! I have a full summer planned, even though my mom would say otherwise ^_^ OK, later!

Talked To Brian, Rode on a Backpack, and the SWAT Team
What a loser I am. The highlight of my day was talking to Brian for the SECOND TIME! Yay Misao! OK, I eat lunch with a few of my friends, and Brian eats with his friend next to us. One of my friends is Erik, and he is friends with Brian. He started throwing stuff at him, and then there was a little war between them, and Indunil and I were caught in the middle ^_^ I talked to Brian a bit. Indunil and I found out why his eyes are so weird, and he doesn't really look at you when he talks to you. He's blind in one eye! I asked what happened, and he said he was born that way. He said he had some surgery done and stuff. Indunil said ewww, but I thought that was pretty cool. Brian said they called him 'crazy eye' at his old school, and that made me laugh. I mean, I wouldn't have laughed if he said it all sad, but he sounded amused by it too ^_^ I found out where he goes in the morning- his English yeacher's room. I usually go to the library, but me and INdunil were walking around in the morning, and we saw Brian with that friend he always hangs around with. Tomorrow, we are walking by and I'm shouting 'HI BRIAN!' Ninja with a plan, that's me. Erik and Brian are having a 'war' with each other where they throw stuff at each other during lunch, starting tomorrow. I'm shouting, 'I'm on Brian's side!' and running over to him. Mwahaha, he'll be mine in no tine.... >_<;;
A little high school soap opera goig on here. Indunil, former best friends with Kira last year (they were unseperable) now doesn't like Kira because Kira is spending a lot of time with Vickie and ignoring her. Hmmm... sounds just like happened to me in seventh grade with Brittany. I just started hanging with Indunil because Kayoung was really annoying me and all Alisa wanted to do was her homework, but now Indunil is saing I'm her best friend and she wants to spend all her time with me. I'm flattered, I guess, because no one has ever called me their best friend since sixth grade, but it's kinda creepy because Indunil is now inseperatble from me. I like her, but I don't want to spend every waking moment with her.
Kayoung has this backpack on wheels *bingbing* *dork alert* *bingbing* but I wanted to ride on it today in band. I'm a small person, so I sat on it, and she wheeled me really fast around the room! It was scary because I felt like I was going to fall off (I didn't) but it was fun anyway! You all should try riding on a backpack...
Their was an announcement at the end of eighth perios, saying that everyone on this bus (not my bus) had to report to the auditorium after school instead of going home. There was an emergency in out neighborhood, and those streets were shut down and the SWAT team was there! They didn't say why, and I still don't know why. Nothing ever happens in my town, so now that the SWAT team came, I just soemthing big did happen. But I have no idea what. Maybe it'll be in the paper tomorrow and I'll post about it here. Weird...
I just signed up at go-gaia.com! It's a HUGE forum. I'm used to the animesoup.com forum, where there are maybe ten of us and we all know each other somewhat. Now that there are thousands of people... I dunno, I don't think I'll stay there very long... My name there is Chiseki, if you want to see me ^_^

I have over 500 visits! Yay! And I was blown away by five comments left at my last post, wow, I didn't know anyone was actually reading these ^_^ Much appreciated, and I'll leave a comment to one of your posts, unless I can't think of anything good to say -_-
Well, the fake tan was all splotchy and not-too-good-looking today, I wore pants and everything. I worked on it about an hour ago, and it looks much better now. I get to wear shorts to school, yay! Hopefully Brian will notice. He was reading his Tom Clancy book during lunch, and he was so cute reading it! His eyes were looking down at it and his mouth was a little bit open... sigh... I want to talk to him, but either can't think of anything to say, and when I do, I'm too shy to say it. Whe he had a bandaid on his forehead one day, I asked him what happened, and that's about it. And it took me a lot of nerve just to say that, and I was sweating bullets! Shy Misao...
My english paper on a poem is due tomorrow. I admit, I was 'cheating' a little by looking on a google search to see if anyone analyzed the Poe poem I was doing already, and I would just copy their ideas into my own words. Cheating, yes, but it would be my first time. I found this site called cheathouse.com where members submit their papers on almost anything and you can take that from there! I didn't do that, partly because it was really against my morals and partly because you had to sign up as a user to do it and I'm pretty wary about giving away personal information. Some sites like this one, I'll do it, but not to a cheating website ^_^ One of my dad's rules is not to talk to anyone on the internet because they will come here and rape me. Sure....
OK, I don't mean to brag here or anything... but I get free anime on the internet soon!!! I go to this website called animesoup.com and I'm on the forum as jin (join! You'll like it!) and the moderator is getting anime on his site soon and forum members who joined before yesterday get it for free ^_^ I can't wait!

I Got Into Symphonic Band!!!!
Something I've been hoping for for a long time, and the auditions finaly happened! When I went onto the back room, Mr. Silverbook, the band teacher, was all, 'Misao, you're gonna have no trouble getting into Symphonic Band,' and I was all happy ^_^ We had to play two things of his choosing, and then something of our choosing. I played the two pieces of his choosing near-flawlessly, he said, and then he told me that I got into Symphonic Band right then and there, and I didn't have to play the piece of my choosing. I played it anyway just to show off. I'm so happy! Concert band was so fucking easy, and now I'm in a band up to my level. This sounds self-absorbed, I know, but it was SO DAMN EASY!!! In band today, the precussion wasn't playing something right (what else is new?) and Mr. S said, 'Look at me when I'm conducting, I know what I'm doing. Don't you trust me?' and the percussion guy, Andrew, said no. S got all fake-angry and surprised, and he made Andrew come to the front of the class, close his eyes, and fall backwards into Mr. S's arms. It was pretty funny. Andrew did fall, and Mr. S stumbled back a little because Andrew was quite a bit bigger than him.
Summers in! Break out the short shorts! I bought four new pairs, in light blue, dark blue, red, and white. And the seventeen year cicadas are coming out soon! In a few days! Everyone's all like, 'Oh man! This is gonna suck!' but it's different from the norm, so I'm looking foward to it. Doesn't it sound awesome to have these cicadas flying all around? I know!
I don't tan easily, nor do I have the patience for one, so I bought this fake tan at Giant. I rubbed a bit on part of my leg to see if it would work about two hours ago, and nothing looks any different. I followed the directions exactly! Damn, and I really wanted a tan this summer. I guess I'll try it again with more lotion this time... hopefully it will work.
I'm close to 500 visits! Only... four more people! ON my next post, I'll title it 500 Visits! or something like that. Next to 10, 100, 250, 1000, thats one of the most important number pitstops. Gotta go now, ok, later!

 Mother's Day
I waqs supposed to wake up at 6:30 this morning with my goody two shoes sister and make my mom breakfast in bed. I forgot and slept until 10:30, and when I woke up, my sister, dad, and mom had gone somewhere. I felt really bad about missing the making of the breakfast, but I got the whole house to myself the whole afternoon. And whenever I have the house to myself, I eat and eat and eat and eat. I think it's a real problem, like binge eating or something. My metabolism is somewhat high, so you can't tell I eat so much by just looking at me, but I think I'm going to some doctor about this problem. Anyway, more about my day ^_^
I was supposed to type my english paper, but got on the internet instead and did some things. It's due Tuesday, so I'll do it tomorrow night.
My mom and sister and I went shopping the at mall. I got all new shirts and short shorts. I also got new bras. And new sandals at the shoe store. My sister said I was turning into a girly girl, because I used to wear all boy clothes and the baggier the better, but now I want boys to notice me more, so I bought girl clothes that were tight. I figure I'm probably at the peak of my body now, and it's only natural for a teenage girl to show off a little ^_^ Plus there's this one guy who sits near us at lunch....
We went to Subway tonight, because we were just going for something fast. We went to this nice Chinese restaurant for Mother's Day yesterday, because we knew the nice restaurants would be packed today. Then we went out for ice cream at this new ice cream place, and it was really good! The people who work there have to sing if you give them a tip. It was pretty funny. I'd never work there because I'm too shy. I get to have a job next summer! I want to work at the local pet store, even though my mom wants me to work at Giant for some reason. But she's not making me, so pet store it is ^_^
Another Misao's evil dad story: At the ice cream place, my brother and I ordered the same thing, this Birthday Cake Remix, it was called, and it came with rainbow sprinkles. They were out of rainbow sprinkles, so they offered us a substitute topping of whatever we wanted. They were making ours next to each other. My brother shouts M and M's, but I don't like those, but the place was crowded so when I said 'vanilla chocolate chips,' the ice cream guy didn't hear me and he put M and M's in my ice cream. It wasn't a big deal to me, and I figured I'd just eat the M and M's. BUt then my dad shouts, 'No, we want vanilla chocolate chips in one of them!' and they're all like, 'Oh. Ok,' and they take the M and M's out and put the chips in. So far so good. Then my dad takes me aside and yells at me for being so shy and that I need to stand up for myself more. I almost cried in the ice cream place. But that's my dad, and I just try to do what my mom says and not take him seriously, but it's hard not to. I hate my dad.
The Survivor finale is tonight! Rob, Rupert, Amber (or as Rob says, Ambuh) or Jenna? I have no idea who will win. I really want Rupert to, because he's so sweet and cool. Rob is evil and he stabbed so many people in the back, and even if he snakes his way into the final two, he won't be sole survivor. No one can stand Jenna, and I think she'll be the first voted out tonight. Amber is just riding on her relationship with Rob, and without him, she wouldn't have made it this far. Go Rupert! In the end, when they bring in all the Survivors, I really want to see the other Rob, Rob Cesternino, I love him! He's so cute and smart <3. Rob Mariano, the one still there, got him voted out for some reason. Man, I hate Rob M. Gotta go watch it now, it's almost eight! OK, later!

What Happened, James?
Wow. I looked at the popularity rankings, and James, who has been #1 for the longest time, is now #4. I think Seifer_sama is #1. I have no idea what happened to make James drop so low from his reign as #1, but it's surprising to me!
I hate my dad. We were talking abot having a family bike trip around the neighborhood (augh. social suicide) and of course, I didn't want to go, and told him that. He said my brain was screwed up and everybody else would want to go bike riding with their families. I'm serious. I mean, come on, what 14 year old girl wants to do that!? I have nothing against bikes, but my family does SO MUCH together, and I can't stand it. I'll have to start calling my friends more. My dad was being really mean about it. Fortunantly, we didn't go. It's almost 3 pm and I'm still in my pajamas ^_^
I have a lot of physics homework and an english paper to type. And a spanish project to do! I should be doing those. But I'm here typing a post. That's some dedication. Or not.
Oh shit! Earlier this morning, the Columbia hOuse guy called, and said I could order one free CD because we were members so long (www.columbiahouse.com) and I ordered the new System of A Down, 'Steal This Album' because it was the first thing I thought of. When I hung up the phone, a million other CDs I wanted MUCH MORE than the SOAD one flooded into my head, and I really regretted ordering the SOAD one. My parents wouldn't let me call the guy back and switch my order. The Strokes, The Cure, The Offspring, A perfect Circle, man, why'd I order System of a Down? I don't even like them that much.
Well, I better get started on my physycs outline. OK, later!
