I wrote a one-shot!!!
I'm so happy!!! I can never think of any good one-shot ideas, and when I write a story, I never finish it. But this time I wrote one!!!! Tell me what you think.

Title: Happiness
Anime: Naruto
Pairing: SasuNaru (yaoi)
Spoilers: None

Sasuke couldn't remember ever being truly happy. Sure, there were times when he smiled,and even laughed, but he always had some sadness at the death of his family and anger towards Itachi in his heart.

When he became a part of team 7, he thought that he would never find happiness with a pervert sensei, a loud- mouthed blonde idiot, and a love- struck girl. Yet Kakashi turned out to be a wise sensei, and brought the team a long way (though he remained a pervert). Naruto proved himself to be a quick learner and a determined student, even smart during the heat of a battle. And Sakura, even though she WAS love- struck, was able to make herself into something great.

Around them, Sasuke found that the sadness and anger lessened a bit, at least for a while.

Gradually, as Sasuke grew inside and out, that load had gotten lighter and lighter. Soon it was barely even there.

And, when he held Naruto in his arms that night, he finally knew what true happiness really was.

Epilogue

Sasuke and Naruto went on a mission the next day from which they never returned. They were found together with kunais in their backs and smiles on their faces- it was enough for them just to die in each others' arms. And in both of their lifeless eyes true happiness was found.

.....so, how was it? Sorry if I offended anyone by the pairing, but I like those two together. IT WAS MEANT TO BE!!! ahem...anyway, I have to go read fanfics. ^^
