Who knew...
sorry i've been lacking in visitation this week, the teachers have been piling on the work as of late, as of now i'm trying to create a Dalek still, i've got some of the supplies, but this plan sure is getting more complicated upon execution of said project. so far i'm trying to figure out how to make that damn 11-sided base, man was this a brain fart to come up with this plan. oh well, i have a week more than anyone else to create this little alien exterminator. but still i kinda jumped into this without thinking, there was a page that showed how to create one, but it was just some random woman's blog and it really didn't help much upon further viewing, which kinda sucks, because now i'm kinda out on my ass and alone in creating my Dalek-y little friend. my brother thinks i'm an idiot for deciding to do this, and even though he works with office supplies all day, offers me no help or advice, him also being the one who got me to watch Doctor Who so in all logic he should have more ideas than me, but oh well, guess i'll just figure it out on my own.
speaking of public speaking, we're watching "Hercules" the crap-tastical disney one, i remember last semester we watched it in mythology i kept calling Herc an emo, now i think his constant fiddling with his bang and need to learn how to control his power reminds me of someone else, Peter Petrelli. so upon seeing the demi-god play with his hair i thought "where is Sylar when you need him?" yeah, that'd be nice, after all Herc wants to be a hero, if only he felt inclined to save the cheerleader, thus saving the world. i wanna see Herc get his head cut open by Sylar's awesome desection by pointing move. and by the way the episode of Heroes monday was quite awesome, i must say Mohinder was pretty awesome in that episode, as well as Clair's step-mom getting ready to kill her step-dad, as well as Peter Petrelli facing off against Sylar, that will be a great fight, especially since Sylar killed Peter's bang, that piece of hair will be avenged! you gotta love Sylar, he just doesn't look that evil, he looks like sean william scott or dane cook, he is so soft spoken as well, he is just teh awesomen3ss. though i'd have to say i'd rather be Peter Petrelli, that way all i have to do to get powers is meet people and train with Christopher Eccleston, Sylar has to eat brains, that means The Doctor won't talk to him, i believe the TARDIS is a "no-zombie" zone.
And being as it is friday i watched Destiny today, and it was good, nice to see the room full of brains known as "the ascended" because being a brain hooked into a lap-top is my idea of ascention. it was also fun to see how they train the crazy OMNI weapons, because you know manipulating genes is against nature and just wrong, but having small children kill eachother until only a few survive, thats the natural and okay way to do things. or seeing the great foresight of Neo, with Auel's blocked word being "mother" and Stella's being "die" and "goodbye" and being as her and Shinn promised to protect eachother "protect" became a special word too, so it was great to see Auel go "mother *starts tripping* mother... mother... MOTHER IS GOING TO DIE!" then Stella going "Die *starts tripping* mother... is going to... die? *flashbacks* protect... i'll protect mother." so we see the Gaia go flying off and Neo yells "you fool! why'd you let her out!?" then you see she tore the side of the ship open.
Athrun is really an asshole, see i knew that him and Cagalli broke up, but i thought she left because he's always gone, but it was him yelling at Cagalli to stop Orb or he'll fight them just like the atlantic federation, then when Cagalli asks him to come aboard the Arch-Angel he says he's loyal to Durandal, and upon being reminded they're engaged he tells her that he understands why she did whsat she did [let Orb join the Atlantic Federation] he will never forgive her. He is such a dick, he never visited Lacus, just sent her Haros, and now he breaks it off with his fiance because she got overwhelmed by her entire cabinet. i feel bad for Cagalli, because what other love interest does she have? Yuuna? i sure hope not... i think Kira and Lacus break up too, i really hope not though, because i like their couple.
and i've watched 4 episodes of Destiny in japanese, i really don't like the voices any better, i mean Shinn is a bit better originally, but not enough.
i can't wait for next week, the next ep looks great, Shinn running down a hallway carrying an injured Stella while Gladys and soldiers with assault rifles, Lacus talking to Kira, the the Freedom cutting Suits in half in one of the best battles i've seen in a long time, kira is killing random people again!
