Once when Joelyn came to school she came at 7:00 pm because she slept over her best friend’s house. Joelyn and Yanitza were the first ones at school. Then later that day Hector came to school he sat in the middle of the girls. Then Joelyn’s mom came to school to talk to Joelyn. She told her she had a divorce with her dad. Joelyn was crying she said “how about my sister and brother?” her mom answered “they go to Junior 2 so you can’t see them.” she went back to the auditorium were her friends were at they saw her cry. They asked her why was she crying she told them what her mom told her. Then a boy Antwan came and said “I cant believe your parents are divorce.”

Hector told her not to worry that he will take care of the family. She got a little happy. Yanitza was her best friend so she told her all the secret know that Laura is not her sister Yanitza is a sister to her.
Joelyn went to class said goodbye to Hector cause he in 8th grade. Yanitza was in Joelyn’s class they always sat next to each other in every class. Joelyn went to the bathroom cause someone was calling her in her cell phone. It was her mother saying she would be home at 8:00. Joelyn and Yanitza skipped gym with Hector then a friend of theirs came his name is Lorenzo he stayed with them he hated gym anyway. He told Yanitza that he likes me but what the heck so we started to go out. Guess Hector got jealous. Hector left Yanitza said“ I think he jealous that you like Lorenzo” Joelyn said “he never like me. I don’t think he like me but if he has feelings for me I might but he don’t so I don’t like him.” Yanitza was surprise for what Joelyn said to her she thought that maybe she might like Hector a bit but she didn’t want to get in stuff. Because she likes Lorenzo but she didn’t want to get her more upset then she is now.

The next day Joelyn walked to school when she got to her locker their was a letter it said “do you like me your friend told me she said u like me I think u cute well see u later” But the problem was no name on the paper so she didn’t know who wrote the letter to her. She went and told Yanitza about the letter she got and she said “I only told Lorenzo but he never writes back” Joelyn was mad she didn’t know who was liking her.
