important news!!!
i posted a new pic. heh, you thought it was something really major with that subject didnt you? haha. anyway. this pic is kinda weird. its of a foxtaur (fox centaur) i have no clue where the idea came from, i just thought 'no one draws fox centaurs. i wonder what that would look like' so i drew one. hes kinda cool looking actually. so my point is go see it and comment. ^__^

warning: major ranting. read at own peril
ok, for the past couple months ive been looking for a job since im going off to college and need money. i had a job lined up at place where ive been volunteering for several years (museum f discovery). i talked to someone there yesterday and got my work schedual for july, so i thought iwas good. then, this morning, i get an email telling me that 'on second thought, we didnt know you were only going to work during the summer, we dont have a place for you afterall'. i had told them i would only be working for the summer! im not going to drive in from college (hour round trip) for a few hours a day. id spend more on gas than i would be payed! what pisses me off is that they didnt tell me this sooner! i dont have a second option lined up, im at loose ends. i had been TOLD i had a job there, so i didnt bother looking elsewhere. now im stuck and i have to find something fast. oh, and after telling me i couldnt work there, she had the nerve to tell me to keep volunteering. does she honestly think id keep volunteering at a place that screwed me over like that?! shes naive. no, i will not have any more involvement with the museum. that annoys me, cus i liked it there. but no. after that, all ties are severed. i sent her back an oh-so-polite yet very very biting email to make my point. so yes. now inu gets to scramble frantically to find a job as soon as possible. this is going to be fun.

thats so horrible. i hate being from arkansas. some of that is true of me, but most of it (thank god) is not. of the rest of the state, i cant really say much, but im not a backwater town hick. i hate the stereotypes that make all arkansans look bad.

more on camp
ok, there was no time at camp where we werent up and on the run. except at night when we all crashed immediately. however, this can be a bit of a problem. one afternoon we had water skiing, tubing, and kneeboarding for 3 hrs straight. the next morning we had the ropes course. not only did i do the ropes course, but i ended up in a pull up/ other random strength contests with the guys. its fun to defy the girl stereotype and beat guys at pull ups. mwahaha. but its very painful the next day if youre out of shape as badly as i am. (its sad, must fix that) so anyway, we had all these majorly strenuous activities. it was fun tho. but if youve ever done all of that and more in a week, you know that your back is dead. i swear, i can barely move at the moment. its better than it was because liana fixed it, but holy hell...having someone fix muscles so knotted up it feels like bone is not a pleasant thing. im not complaining liana, i appreciated it and know ill be better tomorrow. but i can sure as hell complain now.

so now im home from camp and stay home for the duration. ill be starting working in july, and go to school for freshman orientation in mid/late august. til then im pretty much home with nothing going on. um...guess thats it now. i did do some fun sketches at camp, ill make them beter and upload them sometime in the near future.

oh, if you havent done so or didnt know, liana and i write fanfics and just today finished our ninth story. we have 8 completely uploaded as of now, and have started to post the ninth. we started the tenth today. so if you like psycho, violent fanfics with demons and fun-ness from YYH, go rea them. theres a link in my profile. thanks.
