ah friday
friday once again, and im so ready for it. been a rough rough week.
went back to my high school last night for a band concert. mainly, went to visit with liana and another friend, but the concert was my official reason. well, liana came to my concert, so i went to hers. tis fair. granted, i will admit, that high school band hasnt been too good for 3 years. it wasnt bad per se, but it wasnt great. i found it scary that ive played 5 of the 9 songs that were played (3 bands: beginner, middle and upper).
i have concluded, yet again, that evil things come from boredom. or ive been looking at too much macabre art on DA. ended up with this god-forsaken, partially skeletal, partially mechanical, dragonish creature. disturbing in its own right, but made even worse by the window in the bg with a couple humans in lab coats watching this horrific creature gush blood. and they made the poor thing as it is. this evolved into a "the human race sucks" picture. happy ne? i have no idea where it came from, the creature just popped into my head and demanded to be put on paper. its always interesting to see what my muse will invite in to tell its story. tho i have come upon som fascinating beings that way. i may go back on my DA site and put their stories there.
