Through the Looking Glass (Part 11)
Kitty and Daedalus walk into the market.
Kitty: What are we going to get?
Daedalus shrugs.
Daedalus: Fish?
Kitty: Ok. ^ ^ Hey I know this really good recipe for salmon. Want to get that?
Daedalus shrugs again. After a while: They have a bag of ice with salmon in it and other packages. A man's voice is heard behind them.
man: Daedalus!
Daedalus and Kitty look back.
man: Daedalus! Oh excuse me m'am.
Daedalus stops walking and turns around. Kitty sees him and does the same. The man runs up to them.
man: Good thing I found you.
Daedalus: What do you want?
man: Something has come up. Oh, hello Miss...?
Kitty: Kitty. I'm Kitty.
She holds her hand out to shake his. They shake hands.
man: I'm Adonis.
he drops Kitty's hand.
Adonis: Daedalus, it's urgent. We need to talk.
DAedalus: Alright.
Adoinis: No, not here. Come with me.
We now see Daedalus and Adonis standing in the corner of a bar talking. Kitty is at a table eating a sandwhich. Daedalus suddenly grabs Adonis by the collar.
Daedalus: What?! What do you mean?!
Kitty: Looks up at them.
Adonis: Hey, I'm just following orders, pal. Listen. You can help or not. It's up to you.
Daedalus glances at Kitty who is still watching them. Daedalus lets go of Adonis's collar. They begin whispering again.
Kitty (thinking): "What's going on over there I wonder?"
She goes back to her sandwhich. Daedalus walks over to the table and picks up the packages he was carring earlier. He walks past Kitty.
Daedalus: Come on.
Kitty grabs the rest of her sandwhich and her packages and folows daedalus.
Adonis: Give me your answer in the morning!
Daedalus waves his hand. He and Kitty begin walking out of the market.
Kitty: Daedalus what was that all about?
DAedalus: Nothing.
They come to their horses and Daedalus ties the pacakges he's carrying to Aglaia's saddle and mounts. Kitty does the same. After a while:
Daedalus: Dammit!
Kitty: What?
Daedalus: The people I work for. They're starting to piss me off!
Daedalus kicks Aglaia and rides off.
Kitty: Daedalus! Hey! Come back!
We now see Daedalus ride up to the fork. He stops and looks back the way he came. Osin, without Kitty, gallops past Daedalus.
Daedalus: Osin?!
He kicks Aglaia to follow Osin. He catches up with Osin and grabs his reins. He stops Aglaia and Osin stops.
Daedalus: Oh no.

*yawns* Please excuse any of the many spelling errors I'm sure you might find. I kinda just woke up...Blah...- - tired...My dad woke me up this morning by calling me this morning and ruining my dream about Case Closed. Please don't ask me why I was dreaming of this. Yeah so we all had another squirt gun fight but we were wearing bathing suits this time. After thhat we swam in Sam's pool for the rest of the day. ^ ^ I had fun. - - Until the boys (I was the only girl yet again) started tickling me. T^T They got my feet! And guess who was the master mind behind the whole thing? Sam. T^T I hope you feel better Blade! And the moral for today is: Never be the only girl in a pool of boys. They are oh so mean to you. See you space cowboy...
