Through the Looking Glass (Part 48)
Lycurgus: Rise and shine everybody! We're here!
It's morning. We see the party in a town. Aino, Haiku, and Daedalus, who are sleeping in the cart, open their eyes. Damon is still asleep.
Daedalus: We're here?
Lycurgus: Yup!
Lycurgus turns around and knocks on Daedalus' head.
Lycurgus: ^0^ You can get your beauty sleep later!
Daedalus swats his hand away.
Daedalus: Cut it out. Here let me drive.
Lycurgus: Glad to!
Haiku: He's pretty animated for being awak all night.
Aino: Heh, yeah.
Lycurgus and Daedalus traed places. As soon as Lycurgus gets in the back, he falls forward asleep.
Haiku: I take that back.
Daedalus rolls his eyes.
Daedalus: Kook. Haiku, you're familier with this town right?
Haiku: Yes.
Daedalus: Where's the Turtle Shack Inn from here? This place has changed a lot.
Haiku: Uh, keep going straight.
Aino: I hope Enid and the girls are safe.
Daedalus: We'll contact them when we get a room. There it is.
They pull up in front of a three-story building.
Aino: Weird name.
Daedalus turns back to face Aino and Haiku.
Daedalus: You two stay here. Aino keep your hood on. I'll be right back.
He gets down off the seat and walks into the inn. Haiku turns to Aino.
Haiku: Do you two have some kind of relationship?
Aino (blushes): What?! We do not!!
Haiku: Ok, ok. I was just wondering. I mean you ~were~ laying your head on his shoulder last night.
Aino (still blushing): I was?
Haiku: ^ ^ Yup. (shakes Damon softly) Come on,little one. You have to get up.
Damon yawns and opens his eyes.
Haiku: ^ ^ There you are. Good morning.
Aino: ^ ^ Hi there.
Damon: Hi.
Haiku: Don't you want to see where we are?
Damon shakes his head.
Hakiu: Heh, he's a little shy sometimes. But he's definently taken a liking to Lycurgus.
Aino: ^ ^ Well he's a very likeable guy.
Damon pokes Lycurgus' head.
Aino: ^ ^;; Guess he's out.
Hakiu: He's very nice.
Aino: Yes he is.
Daedalus comes out of the inn.
Aino: Did you get a room?
He nods.
Daedalus: And a stable.
Haiku: Well that's good.
Daedalus walks behind the cart and climbs in. He squats down next to Lycurgus and shakes his shoulder.
Daedalus: Hey Lycurgus.
Lycurgus: Mmph...
Daedalus: They serve steak inside.
Lycurgus' head pops up with his eyes open looking at Daedalus.
Lycurgus: Really?!
Daedalus: No, but now that you're awake, you can help me put the horses in the stable.
Lycurgus lays back down.
Lycurgus: Damn you.
Daedalus hands Aino a key.
Daedalus: Room eight on the third floor.

Fly flower!! Hehe. - - Well I'm still sick. I ~was~ supposed to baby-sit for my neighbor last night but I had to cancel on them. ^__^ S-kun said he did it for me though. Hehe. You know how I said that I wanted to make Iris a boy? Or couldn't decide anyway. Well, I think I'm going to make Llyr a boy. Infact...Yeah. I think I will. I just have to find a name for him. I'll do that later. So...I will notify ya'll tomorrow because the next part has Llyr in it. Oh, and for all those people who can't keep track of my story, just tell me and I'll email the parts that you've missed so you wont have to go archive digging. I think you said something about that original J but I can't remember. Anywho, lat night there was this really good movie on WB18 with Drew Berrymore and Luke Wilson called "Homefries". It was really good. But I had trouble keeping track of it in like the middle because S-kun called and I can't talk and watch a movie at the same time because I'm trying to listen to both. *sniffle* Gah...Oh! I passed my permit drug test thing! Yay! ^__^ Now I can get a certificate in the mail and I dunno what to do next! Gah! But it was a really good program. So, I shall leave you with the moral for the day so I can visit everyone's sites. The moral for the day is: Before you turn fifteen, TAKE THE DRIVER'S PERMIT COURSE SO YOU CAN GET YOUR PERMIT WHEN YOU TURN FIFTEEN!!! > <''' Ow...T^T My head. See you space cowboy...
