Got my psychology midterm back from two weeks ago (thanks to Shandi because I skipped the class because of cramps). Just like I predicted too -- I failed.
43.5%
Ouch, that's going to hurt.
That brings my average for that class down to about 53%. That means I need to get at least an 80% on my final to get the average I want.
It's not like I don't understand the information. I know how to apply it to people, but I think the course is more geared towards the science of psychology rather than the social, I guess you could say, and the social is the one that I'm more geared to.
*sighs* Well, I tried my best. All I can do now is study my butt off for the next one. And I've missed 2 of the 4 classes since that last midterm. I'm going to do poorly on the short answer if I can't borrow some good notes from someone. *feelings of panic begin to brew*
I stayed up until 4:15am this morning doing my English assignments so that I could hand them in today at 10:30am, half an hour after psychology class ends. So I probably fell asleep around 4:30am and then woke myself up at 7:30am to go and have breakfast and get ready for class. I ended up not going because of bad cramps. I went back to bed and set my alarm to wake me up again at 10:15am.
10:15am rolled along and I turned my alarm off... and fell back asleep. lol If it hadn't been for my roommate's alarm to wake me up at 10:45am, I would have slept all morning and then my English assignments would be late.
I literally jumped out of bed when I glanced at my watch. Thankfully, I had all of my papers ready to go, securely in my binder, so that all I had to do was put my shoes and coat on and run out the door to drop off my assignments.
I apologized to my TA (male) for my lateness, and he was cool with it.
So now, I have to get my readings for my religious studies class: Religions of the East. I have to read the last chapter on Shinto ^.^ Been looking forward to this one all term.
Ah, just got Nov. 24's psychology notes that I missed from Nicki...
O_o it looks like a bunch of gobble-di-gook to me
