Whoo!
I'm writing this at midnight, so bear with me on any errors that mihgt occur now right.
I just got back from a concert in a neighboring town with my all-time favorite band, Blindside, and I'll tell you - seeing your favorite songs being played in person by their artists kicks hearing it on a CD's ass.
Alongside Blindside were Me Without You - possibly a new favorite - and The Kick - possibly the biggest hypocrites I've ever seen.
I suppose The Kick's music was ok, if you're into punk (I'm not, so they didn't thrill me), but they would talk about stripping girls naked and how faith does one no good, and then ... claim to be a Christian band.
Hm. Well guys, let's see what God, the author and perfector of Christianity's faith has to say about that one.
Some people would also diss on their cussing, but those people have still failed to realize that cussing is not at all a sin (I may go into that at some further date), so I don't mind that they say "Do you still believe that shit?" Except that they're talking about, well, faith.
Anyway, it was an otherwise excellent concert (at least as far as the three decibals that my eardrums can now only pick up are concerned). I'll post this up tomorrow at the library, so maybe I'll go to sleep now.
