Mmkay.
Now that I have some measure of time, I can tell you about the place we checked out and are possibly moving to.


Name: Hays, Kansas

Location/Surroundings: Nowhere/wheat fields

Population: 20,000

University: Fort Hays University. 800 kids on meal plans. Very clean, spiffy cafeteria and student union. Decent people. Pool tables.

High School: Hays High School. 1,000 students. Nice, big school. Great Debate & Forensics team. TV studio. Tons of art programs. Fucking laptops issued to all students. (Even if they are iBooks.) Nice kids, not a lot of white trash to be seen.

Dominoe's and TCBY: Yes

Movie theater that shows more than two movies at a time: Yes

Real estate: Sucks ass
