   Whew, I’m all worn out.
Talk about a workout, I’ve been running up and down the stairs the entire morning… up and down from the 3rd floor to the ground floor and back up then down and up and down… ok, not actually running, but more of a jog.

Our office is located on the 3rd floor and I’ve been running errands involving the ground floor…

Why jog?well it’s faster, plus it invigorates me. It feels good. :D
