   Fun Day!
I was temporarily assigned today to help our manager's technical assistant answer the phone while she's off buried in reports... uh, more like be the assistant of the assistant - because the person assigned there was nowhere in sight.
:D

It gave me a feeling of fulfillment everytime I was able to calm down complainants regarding the system or some other matters. In short, I had fun. Maybe I'll give it another go, or maybe not, hehehe... See yah!
