Yesterday was an annoyingly unlucky day for me. Although I managed to survive without too much permanent damage.

On the way to work, I fell asleep while the bus was already close to the office. When I opened my eyes for what seemed like a few seconds, I realized that the bus has passed my workplace!

Darn it! I quickly got off the bus and took a ride back. At least I wasn't late. Better take my regular dose of caffeine before heading off to work, eh?

Going home was not a good experience, too. As I went out the door of our office, the bus sped away. I wasn't even out the gate yet. That means I had to wait for 20 mins or more before the next one comes. Surely, after standing around like an idiot, here comes the next one. The bus was a rust-bucket excuse for scrap metal. It was a bumpy and uncomfortable ride with me hoping that the next bump in the road wouldn't split the bus apart.

At least I managed to get home in one piece! What a day...
