Why talk about laps?
Went off and bought my printer yesterday... I went ahead with the more expensive, yet heavy-duty, as well as cheap on the supplies, Epson dot-matrix type printer.
I felt a bit secure now that I can easily print any report or projects at home. No need to go and rush so I can print it before I get home. ^_^
While in the shop, I also inquired about the laptops available. Since I bought a tad expensive printer, as well as be paying for my sisters tuition, my funds have been set back by a lot.
Nevertheless, I still took a look at what good laptops are available, and what price they have.
Most of the available notebooks and laptops were cheap. Their brands were Acer and Neo laptops. I'm not so sure about them... Good thing I saw that they also have Presario (Presario CQ40-S10AU) and Toshiba (S L300-P510) laptops. I took interest in the two and asked the techguy about them.
From the price view, Toshiba was more expensive, by more than around a hundred dollars. The HP Presario got more features - like a video card and a blue tooth. As for processing capacity, both seem to be at the same level. The Toshiba got a 15.4" screen while the HP got 14.1".
I don't know much about purchasing this kind of equipment, though I know weight and battery life is considered.
I'm a bit undecided as to which to aim for, though I am leaning more towards the Toshiba, due to the brand name.
Though, after a short talk with Wallet, he said to me that I'll take a while before acquiring a next fund release... And by the time he will give me said cash, Wallet told me that there might be better models at that price range.
I told Wallet that he should at least let me consider what brand to go for. Wallet did not give me a reply.
*cough*
Anyway, what is your opinion on the matter? Thanks.
