Yay! I’m at home not at school! …But I have to get my teeth looked at… yay for orthodontists letting me sleep in! And isn’t today the Lunar New Year? In that case happy Year of the Rooster everyone!

Oh yay my mom just reminded me that I have an orthodontist’s (I really need to learn how to spell that word) appointment in the morning which means I can sleep in for a while!! …Though I just realized that also means I wont be in math class (which is B period) tomorrow and since that’s usually when I do my homework… *makes face*. Oh well maybe I can do it on the way to the orthodontists and check the answers with Sam during lunch… apparently she called about science homework today and my mom just got in and checked the messages… so woops… hope she gets it done! I’m sad that I finished Emperor Mage… but that means I get to start The Realms of the Gods… but that means I’ll have to find time to go to the library…

Grrr I didn’t get to get on at all yesterday. WE got to run the timed 15min again today in fitness!!! I did really poorly because last time I had around nine laps and this time I had only finished seven… though now that I think about it I barley had a quarter left so I was only about a lap worse… and I had to stop and walk because I was running with Sydney and she wasn’t doing too well… even though she is pretty good at running. At the very end I left her because she said I could and I ended up running with Sarah Ortman and for a while Brittany. People seemed to like some of my Mardi Gras beads… especially the star ones, they said they were cute!^^ *smiles*. I should probably get to bed soon because I want to be able to get to the sandwich making thing there having again tomorrow after school… oh well *shrugs*. Today in English we went to Miss Keith’s class and finished watching To Kill A Mockingbird today in English class… then for the last little bit before we left Miss Keith tried to talk to us about what we liked about the movie and what scenes/characters we felt it shouldn’t have left out. …Though not everyone participated… Anyways uh… more stuff happened ah well *shrugs* it’s already almost 10…

   gah... I am really bored. I was veiwing the Who's Online thing on OB and now I'm confused... what's a google spider? Ergh... this is gonna annoy me forever... ...Ah! I'm happy because I get to miss swim practice today! ...So that's happy... but I do whish something would happen because I am really bored and all I have to do is wonder about what Google Spiders are...

Wee I haven’t been on for a while! No time during the week because of tests in every subjects but Spanish! And then this weekend we went up to Blue Knob!!! *Makes face* no fun… because of it I missed Saturday’s Fullmetal Alchemist episode… waaaaaaaaaaaaaah! …We really need to get either Tivo or satellite up in Blue Knob. I finished my book Slaves of the Mastery and Miss Paterson said the third book is out so I went to Sherwood Hall Library on Friday but they didn’t have it… so I reserved it and it’s in today. I did get a lot of books though… a few days earlier I had gotten the third Immortals book (can’t remember the title! *dies*), January’s issue of Anemerica, the 2nd volume of Rurouni Kenshin, the 2nd volume of Whistle, the 2nd volume of Comic Party and the 2nd volume of something else... Then on Friday I got the 3rd volume of Rurouni Kenshin, 4th volume of Neon Genesis Evangelion… and a lot of other books… but I can’t remember everything. Though I do think I might’ve gotten a bit too many books.

   In sleep he sang to me... in dreams he came... that voice which calls to me... and speaks my name.
Today in Spanish Daniel, Samantha, and I were talking and Daniel is just randomly like “hey Jess do you watch Full Metal Alchemist?” and I’m like “Yea! That’s my favorite show who’s your favorite character?” He said Al… and he said it was his favorite “after 12:00 show.” Then he talked about like how he watches Futurama and Family Guy first and I just said I didn’t really like them and he’s like *gasp!* (ok not like that… real gasp^^). And then Sam said something about Rurouni Kenshin and… yea… and Daniel did a ‘man slayer’ imitation… and then Courtney got out a Ranma manga and started talking about how she likes Ranma in his male form… then she explained it to all of us (though I already knew…) then during lunch (which comes after Spanish) she came to our table and started talking about how she likes Ranma in his male form but not when he’s splashed with water and a girl to Kelly and Kelly’s just like “ooooookay…”

Wow my dog just sat on the coach and turned the DVD player on… I’m currently trying to get my friend Lauren to watch Full Moon… bleh she wont because she says she’s too hungry or something… *sticks out tongue*. Anyways today during school Miss Paterson helped me somewhat rebind the book I checked out… she says she’ll probably have to throw it out once I’m done!^^ Ah well… I really should be studying for English…

Yay I got the second book to The Wind on Fire Trilogy (or tri-ol-ogy as Natalia says). The history test we had today turned out to be really easy… I was surprised and it was pretty short and was even shorter than it looked… it was four pages but turned out it wasn’t even double sided so yea. …In Drama today we got to watch Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail, I don’ think Miss Brown is that keen on letting us do that play anymore… we got up to the scene about Sir Galahad scene… If we hadn’t seen that Miss Brown probably would be more likely to let us do Monty Python I bet!^^ …so yea… tomorrow is the only day this week that we don’t have a big test so… yay a free day!

   Sledding at Mount Vernon RECenter!
Wah I meant to post sooner but I had lots of junk going on today… so
Lets see yesterday my mom was really evil and sent me to bed at like 10 so I had to set my alarm to wake me up to watch Fullmetal Alchemist… and it ended up waking me up at 12:30! What’s with that? Right after the show ended… so I had to set it again to let me watch the 3:00 episode… which I did get to watch so... happy! ^^ Anyways today the roads were covered in snow so I was supposed to go to either Springfield Mall or Pentagon City or some mall nearby to go shopping with my friend Kelly but because it was snowing we decided not to… which makes it the second week in a row that we’ve had to delay our shopping spree. (The snow is really evil it snows over the weekend when I have plans but not on the weekdays so we don’t get to miss school.) But since Kelly lives in the same area and is just a bit farther down Fort Hunt Road we were able to drive down and pick her up. So we then walked down to the Mount Vernon RECenter were we went sledding with my older brother Andrew and his friend Zack. When we first went out of the house to walk down Kelly and I had left a few minutest after Andrew and Zack so when we came into the front yard they started attacking us with snowballs and we had a minni snowball fight. Then after that Kelly and I decided to make some snowballs to throw at them when they came back and we got into another snowball fight. Finally sooner or later we stopped and they stole my sled so I had to run down the street after Andrew and Zack to get it from them. When we got to the RECenter and went sledding we decided to build a jump and that was fun… but then I had to go to the bathroom so I had to walk back to the house since I think the actual place was closed. (I guess I’m lucky Mount Vernon RECenter is right at the end of our street… of course we have to cross busy Belle View Boulevard.) And when I got to the house they called asking for water bottles and Andrew wanted me to bring him some hot chocolate *rolls eyes*. When I got back Kelly had been convinced to go over the jump and ended up landing on her tail bone so she kinnda just lade there… two other people came too and they brought a like tire to sled on and barley talked... it was odd. When they came up Zack had just gone over the jump on his stomach (he was using a toboggan) and was just laying there dead, and when the people came up were just like ‘Oh yea you might want to watch out for the dead guy…’ junk like that and when he twitched Andrew was like ‘oh good look he just twitched he’s showing signs of life!’ And one of the two people said something about how it could’ve just been nerves and we talked a bit about how people can still move after they’re dead… then after awhile Zack got up and we all went home. And Andrew and Zack were gonna ambush us with snowballs again but Mocha ended up getting lose and running all over the place… so yea. That was my happyful day!

Yesterday
I need to talk more about yesterday so here goes!
Lets see... yesterday was Friday which meant I had school. I wore a skort to school and everyone called me crazy... but I wasn't all that cold. My main complaint about my outfit was that the skort was uncomfterble. I think I'm outgrowing it because I've had it since at least sixth grade if not fifth. Well anyways what happened yesterday? Well I had drama and we had a free period because the seventh grade had a play yesterday so Miss Brown was busy getting ready for that. I spent the whole time reading The Wind Singer. Then after Drama I have Math and in Math we went over the homework... and as usual Bobby came in way to early for the next class and we didn't have enough time to go over tonight¡¯s homework so my whole class had to come back to Mrs. Johnson's room for the first five minutes of lunch. After Math on Friday's we have five-minute break and I spent my five-minute break in Mrs. Nuckoll's room (which is were I have English) like I always do. On to English. What did we do in English? Uh... I think we just talked about the end of To Kill a Mocking Bird and how it was Boo who killed Bob Ewell. And Miss Wanamaker spent the whole time expressing her love for the book. After English I went to Science. We're currently doing Chemistry in Science and we have this little four-page packet of Covalent Bonding with 3-D Models. We'd have a Molecular Formula then we'd have to draw its Structural Formula and Skeleton and make a 3-D model of it. It's a lot of fun and really easy I had a fun time doing it. I think we spent three days on it. Friday was going to be our last day but I don't think anyone is finished so we are going to have more time. I'm the only one in my class who is done. And I even finished the challenge on the last page ((CH¢³)¢²CHOH). I did that when we were supposed to go and he was just going around one last time for all the people who had one or two more formulas to be checked. Mr. Davis was surprised I was done. Anyways I loved making Glucose. Alex's was really springy because she used the springy connecty things that you use when something has a double or triple bond, but I used the wooden ones you use for just a normal bond. And mine was really pretty and it was the shape of a crown so Mr. Davis got crowned the Duke of Glucose with it... Lets see after science we have Spanish and we got our tests about Oaxaca back. I did pretty bad... I got an 88 but Profe. Gray still wrote muy bien on it... but then she wrote bien for all the C's... (Which it seems the majority of my class got). Then after Spanish is lunch and during recess my friends and I went into the library like we normally do and got on all the computers and did random junk on the Internet. Then we had history class and we finished watching the random movie about the First World War yesterday. Then we went to CPAC to watch the sevvies drama performance, which was about radio shows, and it was pretty... not that good. Then we had sports and yet again fitness was canceled so we just had study hall in the upper school cafeteria. Of course all the tables were up and the chairs were lining the sides of the room and there was just an open area in the middle of the room. And... Yea. Then it was time to go home and I got picked up at the upper school for the first time in forever. (I usually got to the lower school except on some Mondays and Fridays when I get picked up at the middle school.) We were supposed to pick up my older brothers friend but it took him forever to come out so I just waited at the bleachers while my mom drove up to the carpool line to look for him. While I was at the bleachers I just talked to Emma while watching Erick get into a snowball fight with a bunch of lower schooler, then Gweny walked by and said that he was harassing little kids and that that was sick. Then my mom came back with my older brother's friend and we went home. And that was my day yesterday!
